You keep telling me I've multiple packages waiting to be delivered but you never answer the phone, so I can tell you I do not have the type of cridt card you accept to pay the shipping fee. So how am I suppose to get my packages? I cannot drive and do not know where they are located. So send me a message that tells me a email address for you so we can resolve this problem. Or answer the phone.

You have this skinny lil carrier who is so rude. She cussed me out, using the F word like every other word. Over the summer she’s so unprofessional wearing tank tops, showing all her tattoos. I finally asked her name when I told her I was filing a complaint. It’s Rowan. I don’t think you have many with that unique name out of the Stellhorn branch. She shouldn’t be out in the public if she can’t handle people or CHILDREN!!

More Government Messy Waste! They don't answer the phone, don't take messages. My package (tracking # ES10010851268810001010001D0N) has been at this office since 10.20.20! Can I even get hold of a person... no they don't answer their phone. Please privatize the US mail system!

I have had a package sitting there for a week. You do not answer your calls. More than pissed right now. You wonder why we didn’t trust mail in ballots!

I went on-line the first week of March, 2020 and made two address changes. The employees at the Fort Wayne, IN branch screwed up. One of the address changes was for Andrew P. Wagner from 2914 Cambridge Blvd, 46808 to 4656 Craftsbury Circle, Apt A. 46818. Because your mail handlers separating the mail kept sending his mail to the Cambridge Address because they assumed that the name of my grandson, Drew Wagner at the Cambridge address was really Andrew. NOT SO!! A person can have EITHER name. I have received mail for Drew Wagner at the Craftsbury Circle address who did not move from the Cambridge address. What do I have to do toget this changed properly and immediately. Who does the trainiing for the letter handlers in the office part??? This is ridiculous. I tried to tell a postal clerk of this problem and she got testy and said it had to be done for the whole family. NO!! Not all the family moved to Craftsbury Circle. Just Marcia and Andrew Wagner. My phone number is 2604491049 if you care to call.

I needed to get a package of presentation materials to the location of my Sunday seminar. I talked to the clerk on Wed and he assured me that they would be there probably by Fri but certainly by Saturday. So I sent them priority and they never arrived. Today, Monday they still haven’t arrived not that it matters now that my presentation was yesterday. I tried, as I have before to call this PO location in Fort Wayne and as before they simply don’t pick up the phone to answer. Today I tried to reach the main branch and only got the answering machine which told me the mail box hadn’t been set up!

We live in Pine Valley. Our streets are currently under construction. Yesteray, late morning, my husband went out to get our mail from the mailman to save him from having to get out of the truck since a portion of the street in front of our house had been removed. The mailman was irate that he was temporarily unable to drive past our house because one of Garcia's pickup trucks was blocking the street momentarily. The mailman threw a letter belonging to our 92 year old neighbor onto the freshly poured concrete. That was totally uncalled for by him. The mailman retrieved the letter via some kind of extension pole leaving a black mark in its wake. Garcia's Construction crew showed professionalism by not reacting. Neighbors have complained that this individual is quite rude! From what I witnessed yesterday, I have to concur.

Tried multiple times to call the local number for the post office off N. Clinton St., Ft. Wayne, IN and it says the mail box is full.....Doesn't anyone retrieve messages? What kind of Customer Service is this ? How are you suppose to contact them when you have questions when no one answers the phone and you can't leave messages?
