I have a new CCA almost every day and they are not pulling the card in my box before leaving the post office which states the names of the people that live in this house. Every day I get other peoples mail and leave a note and every day it is ignored.

today is the worst experienced i have from the USPS,i didnt got my pacakge worth of $140.00. Its being irresponsible for a postman to leave the package in a not secure area. And aside from that im a regular receiver they know already that we have no porch but sadly today on the tracking it says that they left in a front door or porch. We dont have a porch and the front door is totally open . why the post man didnt send it just back to the post office and left yellow paper stating that i can schedule a pick up. I want my refund or replacement on my package.

When our normal carrier Dominick is off due to illness or vacation we have the worst service possible. Some days we don't get our mail picked up or delivered. One day they put the new mail in the box and didn't take the outgoing mail. Most days it comes at 5:00 p.m. or after and our office is closed. What is up with this? We are a business and need to know we can count on getting our mail in a timely fashion and have it go out when it is supposed to. I am not a very happy customer.
