Extremely, Extremely, dissapointed with the Post Office in Waynedale. Very Unprofessional and Very Incompatent. Twice I've had Cetified Mail sent to me and STILL they can't find it. The so-called Manager Hayley was called and I was met with Rudeness and total disrespect and treat very Unkindness.

The post office claims an attempted delivery, but 1) my cameras do not show this 2)there was no request for me to be present for delivery. I have a newborn at home, as well as a toddler, so it is inconvenient to try and make a trip to the post office. I have waited for this package for 10 extra days now. They will not answer their phone, no matter how many times I have called, and have no voicemail option or call back option. It just hangs up on me. This is poor service.

In last 2 day's I've called 50 times and no one will answer the phone and I have a mail delivery issue. I've been instructed to contact this post office and how can I?

Utterly ridiculous. They locked the door before 5 pm on a Thursday then did not answer the phone. I waited at the door and they went ahead and closed up shop and left around 5:08... they were supposed to remain open until 5:30

The Gabriel Post Office needs help. I asked to have my mail held this November (2020) and it was not. Thank goodness my neighbors collected my mail....and my medications. The delivery person has been very reliable in the past, but service has declined over the past several months. Mail sometimes not delivered, or delivered very late. I don’t believe they have enough help. Where is our Fort Wayne postmaster? You need to look into this! I would have called them, but no one answers the phone.

I have tried 3 times unsuccessfully to contact you by phone. I have a prescription drug that I tracked and found that it was delivered to my mail box on January 21. However, it was not put in my mail box. Someone else in my neighborhood must have received it.

We had a very heavy package that was left 20 feet up our 40 foot driveway and left in the rain. Not only was the package soaked, it was a beacon for anyone that might take it. Fortunately no one did take it but I called Gabriel station to tell them about the poor delivery. They only answered after I called 20 separate times. I asked to speak to the person in charge and they said he would call me back. He never did. I sincerely wish we had the Hazelwood post office. I accidentally called them in the first place… They answered on the first ring and told me that, no, they aren’t allowed to leave packages midway up the drive. Why is Gabriel station allowed to not answer their phone?

OMG! answer your damn phone!! Worthless station. No mail being delivered yesterday after a week due to apartment complex getting new mail boxes. It was supposed to resume. Had to call the annoying 800# to schedule a redelivery of Amazon packages which was annoying as well since I had to talk to a computer. USPS has gone down hill and this location is the worst.

Hope your Amazon deliveries are making you good money because your delivery system to us country folks has gone down hill on a regular basis. Case in point- today we received 10 or more pieces of mail you held when we were on vacation. The rest of the held mail was to be and was delivered on March 2. This is 18 days later. In that mail was our electric bill and city sewer bill. We paid the fines. Time to get your act together and start servicing your rural customers!!!

I went on Saturday to pick up my mail that had been held while I was out of town, and to resume delivery. The clerk, who seemed to barely understand English, said to write my name and address on a plain piece of paper that she handed me. I thought this seemed odd, since I remembered there being a form in the past. But I did it and she brought me the stack of mail. Most alarmingly, she did not ask to see my ID!! I insisted on showing it anyway, and pointed out how important that was, as otherwise anyone could show up and steal someone else's mail. She seemed utterly oblivious. I then said, "So regular delivery will resume on Monday, right?" To which she replied, "You have to fill out a form for that," and handed me the form that I had expected to have to complete in the first place. After filling it out and returning it, I left, muttering about the incompetence. It is now Thursday and delivery has still not resumed.

All of these things have happened multiple times. If they attempt a delivery that needs a signature they do not leave the rectangle notes that they are suppose to. The only way that you know they attempted is if you watch your tracking number everyday. They have delivered over 20 packages to the wrong address of mine and delivered over 50 other customers packages to my house. They NEVER answer their phone. They told me that they don’t have time to answer their phone. Their phone number changes and the website is never updated. They change what times they are closed during the day and do not post it on their website. They have lost many of my packages. The postal carrier has litterally thrown packages down our sidewalk and at our door and our neighbors doors. Many of my neighbors have had all of these issues with the location workers and drivers. We all have had mail including W2s and bills that weren’t delivered for OVER a MONTH!!!!! Most of us have began to have our packages and mail delivered to other friends of ours that are not in this postal locations zones just to ensure that we actually get our mail and packages and that they aren’t damaged.

Week of October 16-20, 2017. Twice this week, on Wednesday October 18th and again today, October 20th as of this writing at 3pm today we have not gotten our mail delivered and/or picked up. When it was delivered on Thursday, October 19th I asked the carrier why it was not delivered on Wednesday and her reply was that she had a note that "business closed". Being a convention center we literally had 5,000 people in our building so we were obviously NOT CLOSED! The Fort Wayne Hilton Hotel which is physically attached to us received their mail delivery and pick up as well as the Embassy Theatre across the street. Whenever I've tried to call any of the numbers for this location they either go unanswered or the mail box is full for the supervisor. I would like an explanation as to why this has happened other than "we are investigating it". I will also be contacting the main branch to make them aware of my complaint. As I was writing this our "normal-sub" carrier arrived. (not the carrier we usually have) She stated she has been getting complaints all day on her route about the mail not being delivered twice this week. For us now it has only been Wednesday. Another neighboring business complained that they were waiting on a special order that was guaranteed for Wednesday and they didn't get that day's delivery either costing him some time, money and business. Someone needs to be reprimanded and or fired I'd say! If you don't want your business for packages to go to FedEx or UPS that is! Keep in mind neighboring businesses communicate with each other so we are aware. Sounds like the Gabriel Station needs some new, more organized management.

The hours here are not correct. They are open until 6pm M-F. I'm not sure about weekend hours as that's what I'm looking for and why I came to this website
