I was in there today at 4:30 pm. There was about 10-12 people ahead of me in line. An employee was turning people away, saying they were closed. Services were to be open until six. USPS lost my business to UPS because that was utterly ridiculous.

I AM UPSET THAT I WAS EXPECTING A PACKAGE TO BE DELIVERED ON 10/30/21 PER MY TEXTS ALERTS BUT MY LAST ONE SENT SAYS THAT PACKAGE WASN'T DELIVERED DUE TO NO ACCESS. THAT IS PURE BS. AAA IS OPEN ON SATURDAYS AND SOMEONE IS HERE 8AM-4PM. DELIVERY WAS NEVER ATTEMPTED OR I'D HAVE MY PACKAGE AND THEN TO LIE ABOUT NO ACCESS: ABSOLUTE BS. SOMEONE NEEDS REPRIMANDING..

Any time my regular letter carrier is out, the substitute either is too lazy to walk to my door with packages or too dumb to read labels. They distinctly say "Rear of Building 6" after the street address. At Christmas a package was returned to Amazon marked "No access to front door". How do they think I enter my home, through a window? Last week the package was returned "insufficient address" but the very next day it mysteriously was stuffed into the mailbox and I couldn't retrieve it until my regular carrier returned and opened the back of the boxes. Please do not send your incompetent/lazy people to deliver the mail. We pay for a service not an aggravation!

We live on Willeo Creek Point, 30068. At least once per month one or more pieces of our mail is placed in a neighbor's mailbox or one or more of our neighbors' mail pieces is placed in our mailbox. These are clearly marked items and this atrocious carelessness must stop.

I consistently have issues with not getting my mail at least one a month. My packages are First Class Mail and the carrier messages state package was delivered in my box but they aren’t there. I file claims for lost stolen packages and they aren’t in the mailbox. After filing a claim I may get the item I may not and things like this have gone on for 5 years and 3 of them at the same address same mail carrier. How does a person continue to keep their job and continually make these kinds of mistakes and not just with my mail but with others mail too. I don’t understand, I just want another carrier or these issues be resolved once and for all. I’m tired of not receiving my mail or getting mail late, including priority mail packages. My carrier even went as far as to call me and tell me that any request for pick ups should be left outside my door and why would I do that if we have porch pirates and how do I get a scan that states my package is now in their hands if my mailman refuses to scan said packages. I feel as though for all the postage paid to USPS and being a government entity I should receive better service than I am receiving. Someone who reads this please have these issues addressed and resolved with ALL carriers. I’d really appreciate getting my mail and on time. Thank you.

I just had the misfortune of having my mail delivered by a fill in person named James. I had several packages that had been jammed into my mailbox, causing me to tear up my fingers trying to retrieve my mail. He gave a nasty response that I should talk to my "regular carrier". I got my mail including a box with MY name and address on it that was sitting by my mailbox. I started to walk toward my home and he tried to grab it out of my hands claiming that I was tampering with Federal property. He was a total and complete jerk to me -- even still complaining after I showed him my driver's license to prove that the package belonged to me. I asked him his name and he asked me why. I told him so I could report him. All he would tell me is "James". Having packages shoved into my mailbox is a common problem here and I have scraped up my hands on more than one occasion trying to retrieve my packages and mail, when there are large boxes available for this purpose. This is also an issue that has been expressed by other of my neighbors about the lousy mail service. Because this is a government entity, I certainly expect no less than rude employees, but this jerk really took the cake.

Robert Miller found my package and had carrier deliver to me. He was very nice and professional and solved my problem. He is an asset to your station!
