I have not gotten any mail for 3 weeks. I have an app that shows daily what is coming. Only to get to my mailbox and nothing there. Lost checks. Lost merchandise and no refunds. Postal service says we will do an investigation. Only to get an email that says nothing about how to prevent, refund, or anything useful.. over 30344 postal. Need to launch a legal complaint.
I have live in the 30344 zip area for a long time. I have seen service go to crap when a certain racial group starts running things. BTW, I am of color. Today, our circus monkey delivery person stuck a $700.00 auto part into my mailbox. I arrived home to find my box open and was lucky enough to get home before the part got gone. I paid extra for the delivery not completed properly. I cannot understand this half-ass mentally. I remember the racism my parents went through to get hired by the US Office. Those clowns should be ashamed of the way they perform their job function. P.S. I am not going to talk about the mis-delivered mail.
This post office use to be top of the line, but now, it is a horrible place to go for business. The guy by the name of Tracy has NO compassion for anyone the way it appears. I tried speaking to him in a professional tone and he still would only say ma'am even after I told him my name, he refused to call me by my name. Just Rude and never should be placed on the front to serve customers.
Secondly, they do not read their notices of mail being forwarded. It is easy for them to just return mail or throw it away because in two weeks I have not received any mail at all to the forwarding addtress.
This is the most laziest post office i have ever been to.. Like its sad i called 12 times back to back to see was anyone was gone answer and they didn’t do i went up there and she in on the phone having a full conversation with a friend so i left.. it’s to a point were something needs to be done about this post office.. people are behind on bills because they can’t do their job and get mail out on time it’s not reason for this at all.. I’ve been waiting for a letter for 2 weeks now
This location is a joke mail don’t come until it want too when you call no answer I do understand COVID-19 however this was a problem and this is America
THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE! I understand that things have been affected due to COVID-19 but that doesn’t mean customer service should change if anything it should APPROVE!
I have not received any mail for the month of July, 2019. I am not required to have a mailbox at the end of the driveway, been here since 1984, still no delivery of mail. (2930 Delowe Drive)
Ever since they changed our mail carrier, we can not get out mail pick up or delived. It's been 4 days now no one has done anything, I called this morning and they said someone would be here in 5 minutes, its been 3 hours.
