Why is it that your employee are not answering the phones ,I have called 4 post offices and not one of them answered the phone.. where is customer service? Do u not have people answering the phone anymore?


Hello.we are trying track down Harvey kimg mails...we spoke to a lady name jesseoca Stevens on 01/30/2021...we live to far and im.trying find out whats going on w his mail... Please reply asap


Items that come from out of state and go to area code 30354 continue to be held there indefinitely usually ending up being delivered 3 to 4 weeks after arrival. My dog needs formulated meds from Wedgewood Pharmacy in MA because she has cancer. The pills have not moved from this PO having been received there on December 28. She has no more pills and there are no more refills available for a reorder. This is the 2nd time that happened starting in Spring and the 4th package from that time period. It is unacceptable.


Our mail delivery has been crazy over the past two weeks. Either we don't get it at all or when we do, it is after hours. We also receive other people's mail on a regular basis. We are a business and it is crucial that we receive mail as early in the day as possible and on a M-F basis. We always have received mail around noon, but sometimes we don't get it at all (like yesterday, 8/3/20). Would definitely appreciate help getting this rectified! Thank you.
