I just had a few questions about how she felt about a situation and if she knew what time the mailman would run in my specific area . After my second question i feel as thoe she got irritated her voice elevated and she stated that she was the supervisor not the person that deals with the mail . Personally i feel like she should have connected me to someone who does deal with MAIL I feel as though she was being mean i didn’t want to say anything on the phone I just told her have a good day and hung up .
