Postal Locations

I mailed my payment for my PO Box dues from the mailbox outside the PO Office. How could the payment have possibly been lost? Then my box was closed due to nonpayment! Ridiculously inadequate service! Then when you call, no one answers the phone!

I mail a birthday cake from Atlanta to Lawrenceville on Thursday and was told my sister would receive the cake Saturday on the 12 .today is the 14 and she still hasn’t received it

I have many complaints such as post office opening late, large quantities mail dumped in the office I worked at. Also being the first one at the office and no change available. One time no money orders on site for days. But there were 2 drive up mail boxes. Once I drove up to put mail in a box. The first one was full so I moved to the second and found it was taped up. On 11/30 /2020 I drove up to put mail in the box. It was full. I don’t see why people left their mail there it could easily be removed. The second box is still taped up. As a senior citizen I had to park and go inside to mail a letter. My husband went to mail a letter the next day. That box was full again. Why is that second box stilled taped up? It is needed. In this pandemic as an elderly citizen I try to avoid crowds but this PO is most often crowded. In the past I’ve stood on the line for half an hour. Too often there is only one clerk waiting on customers. There are a lot of changes needed to make this facility work well for our community.

I can't locate my mail the change of address was submitted on January 20,2019 I still haven't receive my mail as of february 21, 2019

Non-perishable item was left at my mail on Saturday May 12th and Monday May 14th in the bag provided by the post office and was not picked up! My zip code is 30331.

My mail for the past ten years has been delivered between the hours of 12:00 PM and 2:00PM. But lately my mail has been getting delivered at 8:00 PM, if I even get it. What's going on? Will it go back the to afteenoon deliveries?

I had a package delivered to my address that was left in my driveway on Hogan Road that is totally unacceptable and people don't want to do their jobs get somebody else to do it there plenty of people that need a job why would you leave my package in the driveway as much rain as we've been getting either it could have been rained on or someone could have gotten a package. This post office would have if we're being graded would definitely have gotten an F.

Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone at this post office?! It just rings and rings!
