They don't answer the phone. There is no easy way to report a problem with mail delivery. The people they hire to deliver are incompetent. I have had lost packages 3 times in the last few months and yesterday I received ALL of my neighbor's mail in my mailbox. I tried to call and report it and was hung up on after the phone rang 30 times. Town-n-Country 33615.
Just talked to the "manager" here about why my mail hasn't been delivered to my apartment in about two weeks. He acted like I was a bothersome and asked me if I let my mail just pile up. I said, I was on vacation for almost two weeks, and he was short with me the whole entire time. He said the mail carrier returned the mail, and I said well can I come pick it up, he told me "I just said the mail was returned so there is nothing here."He was a COMPLETE ASSHOLE, terrible service. If you don't like your job get another one, or better yet just stay out of the public.
I retract my previous post. My mail man found my package, along a with others that didn't get put on his truck, and went out of his way to deliver it today... His effort and dedication is greatly appreciated.
Terrible Service - They have missed their website published delivery dates twice already this month & we're not even really into the Christmas rush yet - This was a UPS hand off delivery & I will be filing a complaint with them - USPS has proven time & time again that they're to unreliable & disorganized to be trusted with UPS ground deliveries
