EMPLOYEE THEFT!!! Someone who works at your post office opened 8 envelopes and stole the cash, then resealed them and hand stamped them!! It happened in the last week! I assume one envelope got stuck in the machine and ripped open based on how it was ripped so your employee noticed the cash and it says “hand cancel please” on it. Then they probably noticed there were 7 other envelopes from the same person. You can tell they were all opened carefully and resealed with the sticker same sticker on them because the sticky part you lick is separated already. My mother in law was sending Valentine’s Day cards to her grandchildren all over the US that she can’t visit because of COVID. There was $20 in each envelope. This is so wrong!
The Tampa Airport Post Office needs to update the correct contact phone # on their web site. I’ve tried calling the 800 Customer Service Line with no success on having anyone answer after a 40 minute wait on hold. The Direct Phone # has been a non-working # for more than enough time for someone to do something about it. Ridiculous, that are tax dollars pay their bills and theres no available # to call this Tampa Airport Post Office.

Want to file a complaint re: postal service. Called the branch that delivers the mail and they could have cared less. Said I would get a call back and never got one. Want to report deliverer who does not deliver the mail to our entire complex. Has happened several times. Then puts oversized packages in boxes and then doesn't put key in our box. One piece was there for 3 weeks..an overnight package that the deliverer says was signed by us..which it was not!!! Branch is Ehrlich Road 14910 N. Dale Mabry. They are terrible!!!!!!!!!! Who is responsible for these deliverers???????????
Very poor express mail service for a live bird.Tracking number info isn't updated (unlike with private delivery companies who track in real time) so it is of no help. Telephone number on website isn't correct. VM said the wait to speak to someone is close to an hour. Agreed to do a "quick survey" and was on hold until I finally hung up. In reading other comments, it is clear to me that you ask for feedback and seemingly do little, if anything with it.
I find your passport service to be frustrating. I am trying to schedule a appointment to obtain a passport. I call 877-0610 and all I receive is an answering machine that tells me I can schedule an appointment. There is no opportunity to leave a message, so how can I schedule an appointment?

The web site gives a phone number 813-877-0374. When I call this number a voice recording says the number is no longer in use or disconnected. Is there a number I can call to get information about what items can be sent priority mail???
I have a package that has just been sitting in Tampa for 12 days now and all they can tell me is it has been forwarded but they can not tell me to where..Does anybody there even now anything about what is going on? I mailed this package 14 days ago and 12 days of that has been lost somewhere in Tampa. Bad bad service. I could have drove it from Georgia and back again.
My priority Mail package arrived on April 3rd at about 3:00 am and left there about 5:30am to go to Land O Lakes for delivery, however, my package never arrived until Monday, April 6th. Poor service. This was to be for Easter that is why I sent it Priorty mail.
I was supposed to have a package delivered on the 17th in sun city center and by my info it should've been. It arrived in Tampa on the 13th and it's still in Tampa on the 17th. That's totally uncalled for. I retired from the P.O. and it don't take 4 days to get 30 miles. BAD service...
