I have been waiting for a package that was two weeks delayed. The package was to go to my Business office located at 2203 N Lois Ave Tampa. The post office is right around the corner on Spruce. The delivery person came into the building and put the notice in the company's mail box. when it was signature required. Which met the delivery person would take a elevator to the 3rd floor and bring it to where it was to be delivered. This was a Saturday. They claimed they made an attempt at 09:09 am. Our office opens at 07:30 am. No real attempt was made and we are closed on Monday. Terrible customer service, Tried to call the post office no one answers the phone.
I was scheduled to receive a package yesterday instead I get a notice online that they attempted to deliver and left pick up info. I have a video camera it does not show anyone coming to my home. I think somebody wanted to start their holiday weekend early. I don't take this lightly and I will track down who reported this incorrect information.
Whoever the carrier is that delivers mail to 215 W.Grand Central Ave.33606 Tampa,Florida. really needs to learn to do his job right!! Instead of putting my other neighbors mail in my box for me to deliver to them!! I need to get a paycheck from the post office if this continues!!
Stopped by the Carrier Annex today at 4009 W. Spruce Street. I spoke to Sandy. She took the information I had on paper to give to her supervisors. I was attempting to get someone to respond to a new business tenant in my building (4890 W. Kennedy Blvd. Tampa 33609) who is trying to acquire a key to their mailbox. The Mailbox is located in the service area of the building. The Tenant, Berkeley Research Group, is moving into the building on Monday, 3/2/20, has attempting to email and call the annex in the last week to request assistance and has not had a response.
