I picked up my held mail today-it was supposed to be 2 weeks of it. Only half was held at your p. o. The worker told me to check my mail box as the carrier was out for a few days. When I came home and checked, more mail was in my mailbox then had been held. I am not happy with this, as I counted on the P.O. to do what it is supposed to do--HOLD THE MAIL IN A SECURE PLACE. I travel and like to be able to count on my mail being safe inside your building.
The carrier evidently does not read addresses and delivered my package to Whispering Wind Avenue and the address was clearly marked WHISPERING PARK LANE. Maybe they need to take their time. This was not a cheap item. I am thankful that my neighbor was kind enough to give it to me and not keep it!!!!!!!!!!
This is not a review...This is a complaint on having mail non-deliverable & sent back when the address shown is correct. This has happened several times & I mailed an envelope on 1/5/22 to the add. of 4010 North Lois Ave., 4201B, Tampa, Fl 33614 & to this day it remains not to be seen at all. There is a problem there re your carrier in this area & would like to have this checked a.s.a.p. This is not the only complaint I read due this same problem..Something is not right in your facility either managment or your carriers not doing their job properly.
Worst post office ever. I came to pick up a package and I was told that a manager/supervisor would have to look up my order. After waiting 25min for a manager to come up which no one did one of the reps finally took down my name saying he would go look for my package then a manager came up. Mind you the package had the correct address to be shipped to on the box but the mail carrier said that the address was not deliverable because the address said DR instead of Drive... would not recommend going here to pick up anything if you can avoid it Manager then said that he's not going to waste his time looking for my package. Mind you I had the tracking # and this was my breast pump in which I needed to pick up due to my induction being today. Also what makes me upset the most is I called and spoke with customer service and they assured me it was at the office put aside waiting to be picked up. Going on 45min now & manager still complaining about how he has to take time out his schedule to look for a package that doesn't even need to be picked up right away & asking can I just use a pump from the hospital. 1hr later & finally got my package

My mail is in my mailbox yet after 2 hours that came the mailman.This is the third time that the guy dont pick up the letters. Talk to the mailman on the route because he is doing a bad job from long time ago.(6210 N-Cameron ave tampa fl 33614.(tell the guy: Get out here!)
Mail has not been picked up twice in the past two weeks. Mail was delivered but not picked up. Both times I have had to go to the po because they were bills that needed to go out. This is the first time in 32years that we have had problems. Please talk to the person on my route about this. 8624 Leighton Dr. 33614. No wonder people are going to online payments.
