I have had 2 packages lost in the past 2 weeks. The tracking number says it was delivered but they haven't been in my mailbox. I do not know what is the problem. It has also been a nightmare trying to talk to someone live. All the numbers I have called have no option to make a claim. I feel frustrated that this is happening and I can't talk to someone. In addition to having lost money from lost packages. If any post office official reads this, please contact me.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. You try to stop mail they ignore you. I guess they do not know who there customers are. What a shame. On of the easiest jobs and they stink at it.

worst service ever!!! no one ever answers the phone! USPS as a whole is an absolute joke of an organization and a true definition of the garbage service from the federal government! i sent one certified mail with tracking as it was a time sensitive legal document on 2/24/21 to be delivered about 10miles away. it never made it anywhere past the plant supposedly. NO TRACKING INFO available after the initial out. So then i go back and have to PAY again and resend the same because the other USPS branch in Turkey lake said it wasn't their fault and they couldn't do anything about it, "just wait" or pay again. So i paid again on 3/8. this one had 1 attempted delivery/no one home. i requested re-delivery (seems they don't automatically attempt to re-deliver?) and the tracking info is all messed up. seems it may have finally delivered on 3/17? not sure because i requested to re-deliver 3/13 so...?? the return receipt was never returned; there is no information about it online past "the processing plant" where seemingly everything goes and disappears?? But if it was delivered (which is sure as heck better have been, although weeks late from a legal standpoint!!), then it should show "signature receipt from date of delivery" and then the receipt should be sent back to the shipping address. i have called and called and called and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE - as i've called at least 10 times to both phone numbers and then the lines eventually just stop ringing. (as of 3/30/21 - i still have no idea where the return receipt is and quite honestly i can't trust the tracking info i see online either) Their resolutions on "cases"= "sorry, we have no info for you, case closed". WILL NEVER USE THE USPS FOR ANYTHING IMPORTANT AGAIN

worst service ever, I have been trying for 4 months to make an appointment for my child's passport and I tried 4 different post offices in Orlando and the phone is either giving a busy signal all day long (probably because it is off the hook) or no one is answering, and this happened to me the last time I applied for visas. Now, again, I have to physically go in and drag all 3 of my small kids just to MAKE an appointment and the drag them back there for the actual appointment which is only for 1/3 of my children. This is absolutely incompetent work.
