Seriously? This is the way you deliver packages? You literally throw them? This one hit the door and bounced off. Unacceptable. It will stop.

Every time I walk into this magnificent and historic building, it's like taking a step back in time, but with up-to-date postal services available. The clerks are friendly, efficient, helpful and always greet me with a smile.

My postal carrier only tried to deliver a Signature Required Priority Mail package ONE time, on 12/24/17, after it was guaranteed 3-day delivery on 12/18/17 from sender. 2nd attempt was made on 12/28/17 with handwritten note from carrier DIRECTLY BESIDE THE RE-DELIVERY REQUEST FORM DATE OF 12/29/17 AND SAID " Attempted to re-deliver 12/28 as requested!". Why the exclamation point and rudeness???? The formal re-delivery paperwork indicates 12/29 NOT 12/28.

The worst service by a establishment I have ever had. I have tried to call 27 times with no answer. My order was to be delivered on Sat 18 Tracking said that they tried to deliver and left a note. Not true I was home all day and no note was left. Filled out a redeliver form. It said will be delivered on Wed 22. Still didn't get it. No way to track it now, No one to talk too to find out. When I call the 800 number I have a 1hr wait time (ridiculous)

Ok, I just went to your "complaint" site, and was unable to post. I am extremely ANGRY with the postal worker on the Union 1241 to be exaact--33755, this is the 7th time we have a certified letter dropped in our mailbox that says"sorry we missed you." I am sitting right here. I will turn the video security tape into 8 on your side and let them investigate how or why your worker will not get out of the vehicle to deliver my husbands check. For him to go to your post office, where there is no parking to pick up a letter that should have been delivered is unacceptable. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED
