I live in century village boca Raton. We have a wonderful female carrier named Jasmine. When she’s not on duty, other carriers take advantage and do not deliver the proper mail. I have seen envelopes on top of the public mail box that doesn’t belong to our bldg. my pkg which said delivery from Walmart was not at my door but instead it was at the mailbox near the laundry room. Very disappointed in todays hired people. They are not doing their jobs. They are being KA y.

I am retired, live in a house in a HOA development and are often outside. I frequently see Anthony, my mail carrier. He is friendly and courteous and seems to always get it right. It would nice if everyone had him delivering, then there would be none of the complaints I'm reading.

I have been calling no answers the phone I am trying to find out why my mail has not resumed being delivered I did put the yellow card in the mail they did get it because they stopped it but never started the start date I have just put it in the mailbox another yellow card for a start date again as of today 26 July but I don’t understand why nobody will answer the phone The number I have been calling all morning is 561-287-4558 my address is 540 Fanshawe M Boca Raton, FL 33434 it’s in Century Village off of Lyons Road thank you

Please help. Senior. my temporary forwarding from boca raton to the UK is running out. I have been delayed due to Covid. Can you please help To set it up again it’s urgent.

I walk our community in Boca del Mar every morning and today I noticed an oil trail throughout our community with extra oil at each mail box. Obviously it is from the mail delivery truck. Either fix your vehicle or use a different one for Colony Woods!

I’m curious to know why the mail person’s are not wearing gloves or masks and delivering the mail daily

A package was claimed to be delivered at my front door, it was not.This is a lie.This happened once before,A package that was to big for my box was claimed to be in it.I called the postoffice and the postmaster claimed it was in my box and I should look again. It was not there. But a few weeks later the package was delivered at my front door.The post office never explained this.I wish a post office employee would read this and explain.

This Post Office is pathetic. They don't answer, and when they do, they put the phone aside and you can hear everything going on in the background, but nobody speaks. Lela Buscemi - You need to get your Office in Order. this is pathetic

NO ANSWER EVER!!!!

I called several times and get an automated response which tells me that I'm being transferred to an operator .... It rings and rings and no answer ... What is wrong with this post office ??

I have been calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling and calling this post office and an automated response comes on to tell me I am being transferred to an operator and then it rings 20 or so times and then just stops ringing. And the postal service wants to know my opinion?!!???

We for the last month have been getting our mail all messed up I am only getting advertisements. Have been waiting for my bank statements & important mail it is not being delivered please correct the situation we ahd the same carrier for a long time she is gone & the new people are messing things up pretty badly I get other peoples mail & maybe they have gotten my important mail. My package from Amazon was sent back to Amazon yesterday, reflected wrong address. The mail carrier for yesterday did not arrive until after seven and I got my paper mail and my Amazon order was not there. Contacted Amazon, address was correct (I get quite a few shipments from Amazon as I'm in their system). Therefore I feel that the carrier forgot to include it and took the easy way out. I tried calling your office 1st thing this morning and phone never answered as I was trying to stop it being shipped back. I have been calling every 15 or so minutes and still no answer. You need to have some sort of automatic system set up like the downtown Boca office. Not happy at all.....
