Filing a complaint using your supposed email is impossible. Your form will not take information. I am a resident at 2727 South Ocean Blvd, Highland Beach 33487. Unit 1006. The carrier you have as a substitute for our great regular carrier, Ken, is incompetent, rude, will not sort mail, throws mail in a pile, is here 5 minutes on her cell phone the whole time. I am in a building with 92 units, and my mail is probably thrown in someone else's box. I want this woman GONE. She has been here for the last 3 days, and is incapable of doing her job. and , I have no mail. I WANT MY MAIL! And i would like a response.
It’s a wonder why the post office is in deep trouble! Twice packages have been marked as delivered and I never received it. I don’t know what kind of ship is being run there, but that is unacceptable as well as fraudulent! You used to be able to feel confident about your carrier. That is no longer the case. You pay them nothing , and we get low level workers who can’t even read addresses correctly, or they scan the package , but never put in the box. Twice this was items of value that the post office did who knows what with. Soon none of you will have jobs, and people will create their own mail services without you.
Sat 12/19 the substitute for my mail carrier Jeff ,left my mail ( medication ) at the wrong building ! My condo complex is not that large and it’s not difficult to place the mail in it’s proper place . I’ve tried to call several times today but your phone just kept ringing? I would not have know my medication was there except my neighbor went looking for her Priority Mail package and spotted my mail .
Waiting for large package that has been "awaiting acceptance" at Boca Raton post office since April 29th. These people do not answer their phone. Someone must be selling all the items that are in limbo in this post office.
They do not EVER answer their phones.
Went to the facility at 2800 N. Military in Boca and asked to speak with a supervisor to inform them of phone issue and ask where my package, supposedly delivered (and not), was. The clerk on duty ignored me. I needed to ask another three times before supervisor, Dina, finally came out to talk to me after having me wait 30+ minutes. She was extremely rude and refused to serve me, asking for next in line leaving me standing there.
Bottom line, the people at this facility are government workers who don't give two cents about their customers. They have lost mail and have no idea where it is, and they do not care because there are no repercussions for not properly doing their jobs.
I am waiting for the area postmaster to call me back, and though doubtless things will improve, have lodged complaint #07489776.
Each year that I come to RI from Boca I go through the same thing. We have been in RI FROM JUNE 3RD. I STOP Through mail in Florida om June 1st. My neighbor check my box on the 4th and found important mail from my Insurance and he mailed it on the 4th and today is the 14th and I still have not received it. Also no mail from the change of address. Cannot get any human being to talk on the phone, and if they transfer you that wait time is so long.
It is almost 5 pm and we have not yet received our daily mail; and this has been a 5-6 pm pattern the past several weeks.
Furthermore, a call to the local post office, although listed as being open, has a recording saying "Closed".
Awful service in delivery and phone contact.
Called Boca Raton Post Office 4 times within 10 minutes of each other and no one ever picked up the phone. This is absolutely the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of witnessing. It's nice to see the customer comes first !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you know what sarcasm is ???????????????
