So bad, it's really pathetic. Have tried to forward mail and/or stop mail at my home, and they don't seem to take direction from their customers, nor do they seem to care. This has been going on for years. Have called with complaints, get calls of apologies, but nothing changes. Am trying to get all my important "mail" sent to my e-mail address as USPS has become very unreliable.
