My mother sent me a birthday card in February, the card was returned to her staying not enough postage- she had a Forever stamp on a regular Hallmark card- she then put 3 stamps on the card and sent it back- ( which was ridiculous but she wanted to be sure I got the card) it got to me in California 12 days later. The card weighed .07 of an ounce so I would like to know why my Mom who is living on a very limited budget had to use 4 stamps to send a regular card. And why it takes 12 days to send a card ?

This post office has a deposit receptacle to drop your prepaid packages. Several of my packages has been saying pre transit meaning it has never left the post office. Staff has no idea why it wouldn’t this!!! Bottom line they are losing packages and are not accountable for a service paid for. Of course They do not answer The phone either. In person I endured why my packages are lost ? Response was they are not lost we just don’t know where they are . Just keep putting the packages in the deposit bin.😳

Interesting how they require masks to enter, but the employees don't have to wear them, which defeats the purpose of the masks.

very poor service, our mail is often delayed because it is delivered to one of our neighbor and we often receive our neighbors mail. n Numerous complaints made to Eddie Floyd and nothing happens. This is a one carrier problem. Fix the problem! We are tired of complaining! An Amazon package was not delivered yesterday because it was too big for the mail box and the carrier did not leave it at our front door. Terrible service!!!!!!! Next step is to contact US Postmaster.
