Narinder is by far the worst person in the world to be answering the phone for this establishment. She has hung up on me twice and is condescending after I expressed my dissatisfaction over them locking the lobby door 2-3 minutes early. Her and the other supervisor lady Diane or whatever her name is really need to get a job with the SJ collection bureau. I think that would better suit their disrespectful attitude and their desire to be mean, unhelpful and rude.

Aweful customer service didnt ask for my teacking number just came up with excuses. I had my package weighed and meisured when i went to the post office and they are still trying to charge 55$ to the person i mailed it too! whats the point of me getting it done at the post office then! The worst

I was just at the Robertsville Post Office at 6:15am Monday, Aug 30th to access the lobby and found it closed. It was to be open from 5am onward - not the case today. Bad form guys ! Sage

Mail boxes in drive through are always full, during normal business hours and after. I have had mail stolen and checks have been forged. Something fishy is going on at Robertsville Post Office.
