Waiting on Monday to pay for my mailbox to be re keyed
Saturdays here monies been paid the lock still hasn’t been changed I’m curious to see what the excuses. Considering you guys are open six days a week

I have not received my mail for over two weeks the supervisor ZIN ZHOU called me personally to argue with me . I am pregnant and that is so unprofessional! I need to know where is my mail and he couldn’t even answer that for me !
I have an issue with the mailman.
I attached a mail I need to send out in front of my mailbox. It is obvious that I need to send out that mail. It has been two days that the mailman has not picked up my outgoing mail. I’ve accessed my security cameras and I see that the mailman passes by my house for two days straight.
This is unacceptable and I do not appreciate that the mailman would not pick up my outgoing mail.

I'm off Monterey Road and we have the WORST mailman ever. We've had other people's important documents in our mailbox, he's lost our packages, he is rude and unfriendly, and he's even left the master key in the lock which exposed access to about 30 mailboxes.
I've complained & reported these incidents to the supervisor at Lewis Road and each time I'm told that the mailman denies doing anything wrong and that I should get it on video if anything else happens.
