This is the second time this location on Cahalan in San Jose, CA when the doors are found locked during regular business hours for the access to PO Boxes. This appears to prohibit me from accessing my mail during hours the location is supposed to be open and accessible. Please advise and no one is answering the phone when I call and when transferred to the operator, a few rings and then I am disconnected.

I always put my rent check in the blue mail box's in the front of the building 2 weeks before rent is due so it's not late. Once it was late and once it never got there, it's only going to Morgan Hill. Yesterday(Saturday the 14th 12:30pm) I put it in the box that was pretty much full, it's was suppose to be collected at 2:00pm. I went back at 6:30pm, it was still not collected. I went back Sunday morning at 7:30am, the box was still full and not collected. Mail theft increases around X-Mas, you would think the "Post Office" of all places would know this. This is totally negligent.

8/6/19 our mail came well after 6pm and we received two neighbors mail. I wonder if my mail went to the wrong addresses as well. Sloppy and lazy. I attempted to call the Cahalan postal office, but kept ringing and eventually disconnected me. I feel like I am getting terrible service since this has happened before when our regular carrier is out.

The mail person that delivers to my house 95119 area is lazy! They do not take our out going mail! Ever.... they have got to see the out going mail when they open mail box to put the mail they are delivering. Today they moved a small package out of the way to put new mail in the box! I'm going to stay home from work one day just to tell them about themselves!

A work van was parked near the sidewalk next to our mailbox and the mailman just drove around it without delivering my mail or my neighbors. He just drove to the other mailboxes to drop off mail. I guess if USPS can't reach the mailbox without leaving their van your mail is not delivered. LAZY!

It's not laziness they have a time frame to keep and if you can't be responsible enough to have your workers not park in front of your mailbox then you have the problem!!!!
• Replied to lazy
