Live in semi-rural are and have a shared corner of mailboxes with 5 neighbors. Here's my journey: 1. Early May trip: went to PO to hold mail. The "hold mail" card showed up with my mail before our trip - went to PO and resubmitted the card ; this happened again before our late May trip 2. Early June trip: some held mail delivered during "Hold mail" dates and some delivered after pickup. Delivery should have resumed, but it didn't; had to go back to PO to pick up 2 more days of unauthorized held mail at PO. 3. June trip - most importantly: needed medication delivered to wrong address during our trip; neighbor sent it back and was re-delivered 2 days later. Meds were 3 days later than should have been - Never had an issue before this. The conclusion is that you have some mail person that is not qualified for the job. Not sure what is going on, but have never had this scope of problems since we lived here these many years. We have 2 more trips planned and our confidence is not high. Please take proper steps to get back to former excellent service. Thank you!

I am not getting my mail. I complained and now it's worse. I'm now getting finance charges on my bills, I'm not getting items that state it's been delivered. Do I have to move? I have never had this problem before. My mail man retired, I miss him.

My package arrived at the Moorpark, Ca post office on December 12, It is now December 17 and I still don't have it. It was supposed to get to me by December 14. The incompetent management of this post office needs to be looked at and reconsidered!!

I have been shipping an average 10 to 40 packages a day 5 to 6 days a week. For just about 3 years , during this time the clerks treated me with respect and were very kind. Then around a year and a half ago , a they were replaced. I have never seen someone so miserable and rude. Her name is Lisa, she has locked the doors on me, ignored answering the side door for oversized package drop off. Made people wait for no reason. Just all around poor customer service. I stopped giving them my business just from the way she treated me and many others. She should be greatful for having a job with the USPS which gives benefits and very decent pay!! People like this should be kept out of customer service.
