I dropped off a bunch of parcels at this location, put them on the counter as the sleek told me to do, and several of them were NOT SCANNED, one of which is now completely missing. I scanned parcels make them infinitely more likely to be stolen within the usps system, which is what I believe has happened to me, it’s been nearly three weeks and two missing mail searches and my very expensive package is gone, and my customer is demanding a refund, thanks to these incompetent jerks.

I am sitting in my apartment when I get the notification that my package has arrived. My door is open. No one dropped off a package. My guess is your mail carrier just put a pick up notice in the mail box. I wonder how I would get my package if I was unable to pick it up.

It took 12 days to receive my APS Electric bill in the mail. APS sent it out of 7/2/21 and I did not receive it until 7/14/21 and payment is due on 7/16/21. It is completely unacceptable! My payment will not get to APS by the due date. Absolutely horrible service.

I have been trying to call this post office all morning and NO ONE is answering the phone. I called the number listed on their website. Frustrating!

It does no good to complain to the post office. They don't care. They are the government and they do what they want to do.

I was wondering why our mail service has gone from around 2:00PM and between 6:00 and 7:00 PM. My address is 7658 E Fire Fly Way, Prescott Valley, AZ 86315. Thanks Steven Christiansen

I'm having a problem with the person who works delivery **(ONLY on the weekends)*** I live in a 4plux apt.and live on a busy street. They always just throw my pkgs.on the ground OUTSIDE OF MY GATE. I have a parcel box next to my front door & prefer that they come inside my gate & place my pkgs.safely in my parcel box! One of my pkgs. Had blown half way down the driveway before I discovered it!!!! ☺My week day lady would NEVER just toss & go, she is very conscientious. Thanks for correcting this weekend persons actions.

It is becoming obvious that PV NEEDS ANOTHER POST OFFICE. It is soooo crowded every single time I go there. Since the Robert's market PO closed it's worse. Please, either add employees (there seems to only be 2 people working at a time) or add another location. PV is growing by leaps and bounds and the line at the PO gets longer and longer.

What they need is mail carriers that can read. I get mail for everyone else but myself.
