On January 7, 2019 I was told I could send luggage in the mail I did. I sent my suitcase which is red trimmed in black, the brand is protoco. I sent this luggage from Anniston, AL since then I get E-mails and conversations on the phone and from my local post office that the lugguage is in Birmingham. I have called Washington, Atlanta and any one in the post office that I know to contact. I had 2 articles one was delivered I mailed both at the same time. My tracking number is : 9505511585019007137008. I was told I only have til February 7 to retrieve my luggage. I don't know if it has reached Michigan. This is the first time I have did this and I did it out of necessity. If you can help please do so.

A new? postman on my street (Iredell Circle, 35209) can't seem to do his/her job. Twice in the last week I've found another resident's mail in my box, and twice again not all my mail-to-be-sent was picked up. Sloppy and careless work. This is never happened before.

I have lived at Unit 608 in Birmingham, AL 35209 for almost 2 years. You are changing my address to Apartment 608, and you instruct all businesses to write it as Apartment 608. I do not live in an apartment! I live in a condominium that I own. Please use something other than apartment for my address - Unit, #, Number - anything but apartment.
Also, I continue to get email for Teresa Luster in my mailbox. She does not live here. She has not lived here in over 3 years. I have asked and asked you to stop delivering mail to her at my address. If I mark up the envelope and put it into the mail, it comes right back the next day. How can I stop this misdelivered mail?
