I have had 2 expensive sports cards sitting at distribution center they are 5 days late now.And still haven't been moved to Cullman Al. Post office.I have had damaged items I filed claims on and was paid.What the hell are you people doing there all day?If you weren't the us postal service.U would all be fired for incompetence.

Yes, I have an ongoing case with the post office, where a certified letter was mailed to me. It was mailed however, to 701 Rayfield Dr. even though my address was 101 Rayfield Dr., but it just keeps saying that it’s in transit and it’s not going anywhere. I can’t get any help. Why is the mail not being delivered in Pleasant Grove to the residents? We haven’t had mail delivered in 4 days. I see on my site I have mail. This is the second time this has happened within 3 months. This definitely doesn’t look good for the Pleasant Grove branch. I saw on the news post office has 630,000 employees. What’s happening?

Package that was supposed to be delivered wasn’t with the excuse of address incomplete. Not the case the correct address was on the package from the shipper. I wish they would deliver it.

The mail courier has been skipping Monday Friday and some Saturday's in our area. We are still missing mail from the last week of May 2021. Forestdale Area.

You have a Package of mine now for what it's just sitting there. This is the 22nd you received it on the 16th. I have received other packages of the same size and weight so what is up with this one. This USPS is terrible if you can use someone else. You'll get better result.

I have 3 packages still sitting in Birmingham Al for about 5 days. I have all the tracking and all it has done is say it's late and every day change the delivery date. Wth im not going to blame whom sent it it's USPS fault. Wth

I know this won’t make a difference at all but just like everyone else, I have 2 packages stuck here. My mom has ordered a bunch of Christmas gifts for me and they’re also stuck here. I don’t know how this is legal or okay. I know COVID and the holidays are making things difficult but that’s no excuse for this. I’m extremely frustrated. This is not right.

My package arrived in Birmingham on November 20th. In December 7 it was erroneously sent to Jasper,Alabama. Did the USPS not know Christmas was coming? Birmingham/Jefferson County is like a third world country run by blacks.

I received an email notice from EBay that my package had been delivered on Thursday November 5. No package or any mail came on that day. I was in my yard all day in site of my mailbox and front door, no package was delivered. I called the CP office , got no answer . I went their Monday , gave the postal clerk my contact info after she said she had to talk with the driver. I was at the PO in line over 30 min before I was waited on. Took another 10 min while the clerk went to look for my package. A week later I’ve never gotten a phone call, or an answer when I call. This is the worst PO I’ve seen. The delivery persons are putting the mail in the wrong boxes or they are stealing. My package was insured but IQ will cost me more because I won it on a bid. CP post Office sucks and the main office in Birmingham knows it and does nothing to clean it up. The postal service needs to be private contractors. The don’t need to be funded for failure anymore.

This and other USPS facilities has major issues. This facility told me 9/22 that package was in transit . 9/24 says in transit arriving on time (9/26), on 9/25 says in transit, 9/26 (day to arrive) says arriving late, On 9/27 says arriving late, On 9/28 says just departed Birmingham, AL facility (for the second time) hahaha On 9/29 says in transit arriving late , On 9/30 says in transit arriving late, and this morning 10/1 says departed Birmingham, AL hahaha what a joke.. how does it leave the facility, says arriving on time than re ships from the original facility again and blah blah blah. You can’t reach a live person because they don’t answer phone and you can’t leave a message because the mail box is full. You are giving yourself a bad name. This proves the news we see on tv is not “FAKE NEWS” it’s facts. Please let me know when my package truly leaves your facility. I’ve faxed over my notes since you won’t answer the phone. This Birmingham location has issues. I have a priority mail package 9405536895232103407952 that has been just sitting at this location with no travel. Someone needs to look into what is going on and correct the problem so peoples mail moves through the facility like it is supposed to.

I have received inf. that my pkg was accepted on June 26 at Birmingham Alabama P.O. at 13:15. As of this date July 3 2020. I still have not received. Pkg was sent from QVC. I live in Athens and over a week and a half ago a mail carrier hit my mailbox and broke it. I signed the medical hardship form with the supervisor. They kept saying the box would be put up at the front porch since I'm disabled. The girl that hit my box did not report the accident which may very well have damaged the truck. Here we are going on two weeks and still no mailbox its laying on the ground. My regular carrier is great he brings the mail to the door and he and the supervisor was going to put the mailbox back up. The regular carrier came to put it up after hours and even bought a new pair of post hole diggers to finish the job. I had spinal injections tons today and now I screwed up my back again after 4 surgeries. The girl that hit the box never reported the accident to her supervisor per his own word. She told no one! She went a bought a new post but came back after hours loaded it in her car and now they cant seem to get a post now and my mailbox is still on the ground. I signed the agreement in front of 3 other people including the carrier and supervisor and this girl still has her job? Guess the rules of reporting an accident doesnt apply to postal workers.

The st office in Fultondale does not deliver my mail. I have been home sick so I know for over a week no one has been blocking the mailbox. But, I have not received mail. What is the problem. Do they deliver when they want? They may say it was blocked but I know it is not and I don’t have a dog that would chase them. I can’t go to the post office because of my surgery.

On January 7, 2019 I was told I could send luggage in the mail I did. I sent my suitcase which is red trimmed in black, the brand is protoco. I sent this luggage from Anniston, AL since then I get E-mails and conversations on the phone and from my local post office that the lugguage is in Birmingham. I have called Washington, Atlanta and any one in the post office that I know to contact. I had 2 articles one was delivered I mailed both at the same time. My tracking number is : 9505511585019007137008. I was told I only have til February 7 to retrieve my luggage. I don't know if it has reached Michigan. This is the first time I have did this and I did it out of necessity. If you can help please do so. Thank - You

A new? postman on my street (Iredell Circle, 35209) can't seem to do his/her job. Twice in the last week I've found another resident's mail in my box, and twice again not all my mail-to-be-sent was picked up. Sloppy and careless work. This is never happened before.

I have lived at Unit 608 in Birmingham, AL 35209 for almost 2 years. You are changing my address to Apartment 608, and you instruct all businesses to write it as Apartment 608. I do not live in an apartment! I live in a condominium that I own. Please use something other than apartment for my address - Unit, #, Number - anything but apartment. Also, I continue to get email for Teresa Luster in my mailbox. She does not live here. She has not lived here in over 3 years. I have asked and asked you to stop delivering mail to her at my address. If I mark up the envelope and put it into the mail, it comes right back the next day. How can I stop this misdelivered mail?
