Not pleased at all with this service. I've been waiting on mail since early May and its bow going into July and have received 9 prices of mail. I did a change of address in late May. I've had communication with the office and still no good results although I was told the matter had been taken care of. It Has Not!!;
The worst Post Office ever. This is the third time I went to the Post Office at 8:30 (the time they are supposed to open) and they did not open. The first two times I had to wait about 10 minutes. Today I waited fifteen minutes and then left. The man behind me called and double checked the hours. The recording stated that it opens at 8:30 which is what the website said as well. Horrible service!!!!!!
I have sent several things to a good address from Mobile, AL to my daughter in Homewood, USPS keeps returning them "not deliverable as addressed, RTS" and it is a GOOD address, then USPS does not answer their phone to take complaints or handle issues! The address is 1901 Chateau Circle apt ____-which is correct-get it together-no wonder Fedex does so much business!
I called this post office to see if I had a package their and she rushed me off the phone and said no I don't have anything their she didn't ask for my tracking number or nothing so rude and remind you I should have gotten my package on the 22 of December 2020 she didn't ask my name or anything and had a nasty attitude!!
The postal employee was wearing her mask below her nose, when I got to the counter and asked her to pull it up she said she had heart issues...I was in the small room for over 20 minutes while she helped pack And pick an envelope and address a package for one customer! There were 4 people in the room, one of whom had his mask below his nose too and a huge line outside. There were no more employees helloing customers.
There have been complaints recently about the untimely mail delivery in Homewood. I'm adding mine. Not only is my postman coming untimely, but he/she has refused to pick up my mail to be sent. Have the postal delivery people stopped picking up mail to be sent?? This is the second time they've left my to-be-sent mail in the box, even though I put a note on it to please mail it. Incredible bad service, and the price of stamps is going up....So infuriating and disgusting.
