I am not pleased at all with the recent experiences I have had with the Pinson post office. I am a business that ships a large number of packages. We have a new carrier and she is doing a great job, but they send people to "help" from various routes and we have caught several not scanning our packages. When we didn't receive all of our mail one day and I also saw someone pick up our boxes without scanning them I called to complain and I was hung up on by the "supervisor".....so I went down to the Pinson post office in person the following Monday. The clerk was EXTREMELY rude when I asked to speak to the postmaster. She finally went to get someone after huffing, rolling her eyes and stomping away. The supervisor that had previously hung up on me the prior day came out and, with a dead expression on her face, apologized when I pointed out how rude the clerk just was. When I voiced my concerns about what was going on with my service she said she would tell the carriers to scan my packages and for me to give it some time as far as my lost mail was concerned. I'm just at a loss as to how a group could act so horribly and do such a minimal effort toward helping with a problem. I will be researching my options and doing what I can to pay a different service for our business packages. I cannot go on to pay over $60,000.00 per year to a business that treats customers the way I was treated.
This company sucks! I have been trying to call for DAYS, and no one picks up the phone!!!! They have had my package for over 10 days now without delivering it. I have one confirmation stating that the package was received and accepted on Jan. 6th. But on the USPS tracking website it says it hasn't been accepted yet. Make up your mind and answer the phone. I want my package and I want an answer from someone that actually knows how to answer a phone!!!!
