KJ Retail is a newly established business developing through trial-and-error. The error made with our attempted shipping was an honest mistake, not a deliberate abuse of the system. However, we were originally told when we first brought our items that shipping them as us would not be a problem. If the issue was more immediately brought to our attention, we might have been willing to make things right.
We appreciate your concern for our business. However, seventy-five dollars isn’t much against another item we recently shipped for nearly ninety dollars with your service. Also, three of the same exact items weighed slightly different when processing them for shipping. Even at that, we would’ve had to buy your boxes on top of shipping fees to correct our recent mistake (if we even understand right). We’re taking our big mailing needs elsewhere for more standardized costs and service flexibility.
My neighbors have been getting their mail 6 days a week. I haven't received mine for a week...NOT EVEN ADS EVERYDAY JUNK MAIL I know I have bills to pay. No one will answer the phone at the post office when I call.
I order packages alot. And who ever comes to miracle acres. I ordered a Kindle and something else for my daughter and the mail person shoved it in my tiny little space I have for my mail. Crushed the box and everything. I'm telling Amazon and the companies I ordered from that what that nail service is doing with there products
The "blondish" hair lady that works the counter at the Saint Albans post office is the rudist lady I have ever seen. She breaths heavy when you ask a question, mumbles stuff under her breath and refuses to help. She has done the same thing to other people I know. She just gives the same excuse which is we will deliver it when we can. She argues with you about how you want to mail something which is none of her business! This has happened multiple times with the same woman, even before the covid-19 pandemic. She is hateful and rude. If she doesn't like her job she should not be there.
I have had several incidents when mail was not delivered because the carrier said my box was blocked. Funny thing my neighbor's box is only a foot away and they get their mail. My big complaint is I just had vitamins returned to CA because supposedly my box was blocked in August but I was back to work so it was not blocked. I never received a message or NOTICE of any kind concerning this order. The only way I found out it was sent back was from that company. At least if it was blocked by someone else, I know legally I am suppose to receive a second notice. I DID NOT.
In May I reported a package stolen to Land's End because I never received it. When I went to the post office for something else, I found out that they had been holding the package. Again I never received any NOTICE of any kind.
I am very unhappy with my Carrier. I intend to report these incidents from now on.
incompetent and liars. they never deliver mail to my neighborhool and then they lie about where your mail went when you call them. they have several different mail carriers for one neighborhool how stupid is that.
Agreed so completely rude after I waited on hold 1 hr. 46 min for them to tell me my priority insured delivery was lost, and I would be called back tomorrow with more information when the expected delivery was today at 3pm
