My mail, and the mail of my son and my soon to be daughter-in-law who I live with, has not been delivered properly in two weeks. I have the email app which shows what mail is coming and we have gone to the post office to pick up our mail and have called about this. Brittny has called and been hung up on. The post man is afraid of our dog who backs and jumps but he does not leave the yard. The post box is outside of the fence and we have never had this problem before. We are missing packages for the wedding and regular mail also. I suppose some of this has been sent back but this is not right. How can you keep customers with service like this. We are changing all of our package shipping to UPS or fedex now because of this.
Very disappointed. My wife is waiting for a package. Tracking number says to arrive today 10/19. Watched mail person from back porch come through neighborhood. No package. Checked tracking and it said failed. Went to box and it has slip says won’t fit. I just finished watching her get out of her truck and hand deliver both my neighbors oversized boxes to their door but then blows by my house and puts in an orange slip. That’s lazy and bull crap. I want her to turn around and deliver our package. The barcode number on slip is 5293 0592 6616 8309.
It’s a gift for my granddaughters birthday today and it was suppose to be delivered today. And the only reason it’s not is a lame excuse.
Ballots mailed from Voters Registration Office on Sept 18. Mine was received Sept 22 but husband’s was not (same address). Voters Office advised these were being held at post office because post office was insufficient.
