This is total crap. Have packages from Wednesday with diabetics supplies that should have and could have been delivered. Now I am hearing to many packages for carriers vehicle so mine will set in a tub at the depot till they get caught up. What the hell at least deliver yesterdays and hold others today.

Horrible package delivery service. UPS is great. FedX is great. The USPS is awful. Everything from forcing packages so tightly into my mailbox that I have had to get a neighbor to help me pry them out to not having the energy to bring packages to my door. I have a ramp. I am clearly handicapped. UPS and FedX have no problem delivering to the front door. Our United States Postal Service…. Horrible. And they evidently can’t answer a phone. How do you complain?

I got 3 packages that dont belong to me and my own package was delivered somewhere else...????? Im unsure how you mess up 2 people's mail when the re-deliver slip was in my mailbox with the correct address and the 3 other packages have someone elses name and address on it. Very confused and not happy

My son in RidgeThe Apartment. He could not open his mailbox since last month. There is a significant document in his mailbox. He had to stop his job on campus because he could not submit it. He called the post office several times. When could you fix it? Could you please fix it as soon as possible?

I keep getting my neighbors mail, and today I found a letter address to me in front of my house, in the middle of the street. My neighbor also informed me he’s received other neighbors mail😡😡😡

I have tried to call the Morgantown , WV Post Office but I either get a fax number, a hang up or a 2 hour wait. A package was delivered to the Morgantown Post Office December 30th but now, Jan. 11th and no package. The tracking number given to me is 9274892700548964742012. Help please.

I just received a notification from Amazon that the USPS was not able to deliver my package at 8:20 PM on 12/18/2020. The note explaining the reason the delivery could not be made was "Delivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessible - Morgantown, WV US". USPS Tracking ID: 9361289683090701737142 My driveway was not blocked or inaccessible. My driveway is concrete and completely clear, free from any snow or ice. I am not sure why your driver did not deliver the package, but reporting an inaccessible driveway is a complete and utter false statement. This is unacceptable! I am in my home and was waiting for the package. Lights were on outside along with Christmas lights. I understand your drivers are very busy and this is a trying time. However, making false statements or blaming the homeowner for your unwillingness or inability to deliver packages is unacceptable. My tax dollars pay for your service in combination with additional fees. I would like someone to contact me after you investigate this issue.

Not sure why post office has a phone because they certainly don't answer it.

Item out for delivery and route was split into two drivers? One said he didn’t have package and other didn’t deliver it and still says out for delivery for Saturday the 15th by 8 pm? 9400108205497130320583? Come on post office this isn’t science and you can’t blame COVID 19 anymore.

first I have a Christmas package stolen by delivery person/proven by camera on my porch, then, this past Thurs., whoever delivered to Pierpont Heights Dr., put the key to my delivery (303 Pierpont Hts.), in 401's box, who did not pick up their Thurs. mail until today/Sunday...the box is clearly marked "nursery items," and they should have been delivered to my porch, and still were given to the wrong person. Last year, my rental neighbors hoarded 5 bills belonging to ME in their mailbox (302)...could have been overdue, had we not stayed in touch with vendors. I want whomever is delivering this mail, fired. I had $80 in plants, sitting in the wrong mailbox...freezing. I want called...681-285-9286.

I sent a small package by priority mail to my grandson at the towers dorm at wvu. According to the tracking it was delivered to a resident on Dec 6,2017. My grandson did not receive it. Is this normal procedure to just give a package to a random resident?

Harry, That happens quite frequently. I run a small business and get packages frequently. And have had a number of them disappear. Some have never been found. Our neighbors will get them back to us, but we have some who don’t bother. And the PO shows it was delivered to the “correct” address, so I have to order it again, pay for it again, and hope the carrier gets it right this time. It annoys the hell out of me

In the last 5 years, we probably have not missed having mail every day more than I could count on one hand. Since we have new carrier there are several days that we've not had anything and then will get a large stack. We've had medical equipment crammed into the box rather than bringing it to the house. I'm not sure the reason, but I have neighbors saying the same thing is happening with theirs.

I totally agree. No one can ever replace Michael. You describe this new carrier perfectly. Easton residents are missing Michael!

TO THINK YOUR POST OFFICE REPRESENTS A GOVERNMENT AGENCY?!?!? WHAT A JOKE! RUDE EMPLOYEES! HORROBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! OVER 2 1/2 HOURS OF NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE. GOT IN LINE AT 12:20PM. STOOD IN LINE FOR 40 MIN TO APPLY FOR PASSPORT ONLY TO BE TOLD AT 1:10 PM THAT THE CUTOFF TIME WAS 1:00PM AND THAT I WOULD NOT BE WAITED ON. WILL NOT RECCOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE. THESE COMMENTS SHOULD BE READ BY THE POSTAL EMPLOYEES.
