Never get my mail or I get bits and pieces. No one wants to take accountability but the USPS is not what it used to be years ago! Bring back the days of old where hard working people cared about getting your mail to you!

We are constantly - too many to count, not getting our mail. Or we get someone else's and I'm sure they get ours. This has happened so many times. Just today the mail person came and took my mail out of my box but I got no mail. Which could very well be, except I should have the Waukesha Freeman newspaper which is delivered by the Waukesha Post Office. Where did he put my paper? Geez, this has got to stop!!!!! The last time I ordered stamps my check was cashed within 3 days but it took over 2 1/2 weeks to get my stamps. It normally takes a couple days. Again where did the mail person deliver them.

I have not received any mail in over 10 days I use the USPS informed delivery app and it shows that I have over 10 pieces of mail missing not delivered other issues like me putting up the red flag on my mailbox for outgoing mail to be taken and the mailman walks right by it I've had to literally stop him and ask him to take the mail that is ready to go out unbelievable unacceptable and incompetent.

My mail delivery driver decided to do a y-turn on my driveway today and put ruts in my lawn. I live on Stone Gate Lane in town of Waukesha/Genesee. This is the second year he has done this. You need to make it clear for him to not drive up my blacktop driveway and do damage to my yard. Please contact me to verify this has been handled. Tuesday, 3/22/22.

I purchases a book of American Flag stamps morning of 12/08/21 and now I cannot find them. I used 2 stamps and mailed the mail from inside the lobby. By any chance did anyone turn the book in to you? I still have the receipt. Thank you.

Our apartment building has been having issues with mail being put in the wrong mailboxes. Today a neighbor brought over 8 pieces of mail from Monday. Please advise the delivery person to be more aware of what he/she is doing.

I have not gotten my mail in 2 days and I know that is correct because I'm suppose to get the newspaper daily. What is going on with the mail?? No one answers the phone at the post office, this is unexceptable.

I have been getting someone else's mail for 3 1/2 years. I have called, spoken to my carrier and left notes in my box for my carrier and he/she still keeps delivering someone else's mail to me. I am the only one at my address, i should not be receiving mail for anyone but me. Also, every time I have a package delivered I put a note on the door to ring the bell and not leave my package on the porch and they never do. Why is this so hard? It's not rocket science.

I was in late morning today to mail a package. When I returned home I noticed a significant scratch to the lower right back panel of my 2013 Red Chevy Malibu. Question: Do you have security cameras in the parking lots? And, any help you can give me in catching the culprit would be appreciated. Thank you. E Grace Adams

Once again I got a smashed package - I've complained several times and nothing changes - apparently on Monday June 29, everyone has already left the building or is not answering the phone.

This post office should not be trusted! At least once a week my mail is opened. I bought a really nice coat and it was stolen at Waukesha post office. It’s someone there that steal people’s mail and packages. If I have a letter that even looks like it’s a check it’s opened by them!

I need to say something about a package I received. Instead of putting the package by my door, it was put instead in the newpaper holder which was my neighbor's(we don't have a newspaper holder). The holder itself was tipping downward, causing the package to tip downward, and almost fall out onto the ground. Luckily my spouse saw it as he was leaving for work and took it before it fell. The package was too large for the mailbox, but I thought packages were usually placed by your door. Very frustrating to know that something I was expecting could have been broken or ruined by the rain.

Really! The postal carrier gives me a package that contains a photo. The package was wet. She explains to me that somehow packages get wet in her truck. Then while leaving she drives off the driveway leaving huge ruts for me to fix. Idiots do your job!!!!

This the third time a substitute delivery person could not manage to figure out that there are three mailboxes on our house. I have gotten my neighbors mail, and my neighbors have gotten my mail, some of which is sensitive personal material. All the delivery person had to do is *look around* for the third mailbox. I know they work hard, but it is their JOB to put the mail in the correct mailbox. Please address this shortcoming with your delivery personnel. Our regular delivery woman is wonderful!

Yes I want to know if you allow your postal workers to take there trucks home in the morning around 10;30 am and sit there for over and hour or more before they do there route , there's a person that lives on western avenue who comes home at the same time every day and stays for and hour or longer is this why our stamps keep going up?

I mailed a birthday card with a small necklace in it to my friend in Mukwonago. I mailed it on October 16, she just received it today, October 27, Envelope was slit open on one end and the necklace is missing. It was not ripped, it was slit open!

As I was doing my walk today, a postal driver would not move over from the edge(literally)of the curb or slow down to give me space to keep walking as there isn’t a side walk by that road. To top it off, she honked at me as she got closer for not getting off the road so tht she could get to the mail box when I had no space to move over to.

I've had a small package sitting by the mailbox & "he" hasn't picked it up yet. Just got off the phone with a supervisor & he said, he will have the carrier return "TODAY" & pick it up. The clock is ticking.... it's 3:51 PM on a Friday. Not happy at all! And.... our mail used to arrive by noon..... not it's at the end of day.... Not liking that either!

Seems our mail carrier just decides whether its convenient or not to deliver our mail. There have been several times that I have been expecting a package (tracking says its out for delivery) and the mail never delivers to anyone on our street. Unacceptable!

Sent a package from Texas that was supposed to to be delivered by the 16th. It’s the 22nd and the tracking is still showing not delivered. Impossible to speak to anyone over the phone. 50 minute wait times no matter time or date.. ridiculous!

I ordered some stuff for my daughter that never got delivered. I have be ordering stuff online for the holiday season to keep from going into the stores. I was expecting and tracking my delivery. This past Saturday November 18th I was waiting on my package but it never came so I decided to track it and of course the Carrier put that I refused the package. Why would I refuse something I paid to have shipped?!? I have ordered some much stuff that the Carrier usually leave it on my porch. I have called the local post office and no one will answer the phone. Keep in mind I just had a newborn and don’t want to take the risk of her getting sick by going out into the cold. I would like to speak to a supervisor but have no way of getting in contact with one.

My carrier does not like delivering my packages properly. Stuffing my shoes in the news paper chute, throwing my boxes on the stairs. I have epilepsy and I am supposed to have brain surgery next month. I am expecting a lot of packages to prepare and the added stress from this carrier is a headache. She wins. I will pick up my mail.

Took our child in for a passport photo. Really nice guy! Knew his stuff. He had great tips for getting a good photo. We were in and out in 20 minutes. The gal working the counter was nice & helpful too. Glad we went there.

I understand that all new carriers need to start on non important routes but for the past several years we have alway had the new people I understand that we are what you call an off beat route but I would once In a while get my mail like others in our city do. My mail comes from anywhere between 9 am 7:30 pm. Why is my neighborhood always given the worst service in the city maybe if you think about it you might be able a way to fix this .Thanks for your understanding Robert K Horstmeier. 1917 Francis St Waukesha. Wi. 53188 (I do understand the job is tough but maybe we could get a carrier that stays with us for some time ) thanks for understanding our feelings.
