This post office is a joke. They have a delivery carrier that refuses to deliver packages because I have a dog inside my house. The dog is not outside during the day as I work long hours. So the packages should be delivered but instead get put on hold because a carrier can't do his job correctly. And they decide to do this during the busiest time of the year when I can't get to post office during open hours and won't redeliver. If I could choose how my packages were delivered, I would never choose the post office again. I have never had any issue with any other delivery company. -100 stars for this post office

Every time I order a package to come in somehow it never makes it to my mail box, I always have to call to ask them to send someone back out because they put the key to the mail box locker into someone else mail box. It’s frustrating to go through this every time I decide to order something.

Package dropped off from UPS to Mosinee PO on Friday, May 6. No movement since - as of mid-day on May 10. Mosinee post office phone just rings and rings. Frustrating.

I am writing about the delays we are getting in our mail; our post person brings our packages then says the mail won't come till next day, there are things that we are waiting for that get delayed, and we don't understand why she can deliver the packages, but the actual mail doesn't come till the next day or the day after, and why when tracking packages, its fine till it reaches Mosinee, then sits there for days. Also are mail and our neighbors mail constantly getting mixed up

We receive a daily email from: USPS Informed Delivery, with pictures of the mail that is suppose to be delivered that day. We were suppose to receive 6 letters on Friday, 12/10 and 3 letters on Saturday, 12/11. But we have not received any mail the last 2 days. I called the Post Office, but no one answered. This make me very nervous about not receiving our mail. We are waiting for some very important mail and bills. We have never had issues before with mail service. This is very strange to us, we can't help but wonder why the mail is not being delivered, and where to heck did it go? Please forward our mail as soon as possible.

We have informed delivery service and have an email with pictures of mail that is to be delivered daily. It’s been two days in a row that none of our mail has been delivered. Called the post office in Mosinee during business hours and there is no answer! We are expecting important mail. What the heck is going on? Who has our mail?

I had my mail held and it was supposed to be delivered on 8/8/20. No mail was received. I hope this Monday it will be here as I have some important mail I am receiving. This is the 2nd time my held mail did not get delivered as requested. Is there a better way to have mail held?? or do you suggest it accumulates in my mail box. Diane M. I would like to see another clock put up over postmasters door. i have a son in afghanistan , would also like attention to detail taken in a manor that the office runs like a new clock. The flag , yes it has been left up through storms , never taken down to dry or replace stitching. Under postal government policy the flag is to be erected in the early morning and taken down at official dusk . The american flag is suppose to have a place to hang inside post office to dry and never touch the ground. The flag is to be flown at half mast at the presidents order or post master can lower for local fallen soliders. All of the above is not observed as of now but once was. since this new postmaster we have had nothing but trouble from him. ~ss~

YA DAR HEY ! CHILL DOO - THIS HAPPENS EVERY YEAR AROUND THE SAME TIME, KAREN GOES ON VACATION AND THE MOSINEE POST OFFICE TURNS INTO A CIRCUS. JOHN WONT OPEN A LINE OR PROCESS LIKE MOST POSTMASTERS WILL , HE WOULD RATHER LET THE LINE GO OUT THE DOOR. EVERYBODY KNOWS HE HAS A ONLINE BUSINESS THAT HE OPERATES ON THE POSTAL TIME CLOCK. DON'T WORRY AS SOON AS KAREN IS BACK THINGS WILL BE OK BUT BAD NEWS! I HEARD SHE FINALLY RETIRED??? IF THAT IS THE CASE JOHNS PANTIES ARE GOING TO BE IN A BUNDLE FOR AWHILE ,,LOL

tracy you are correct dear,The mosinee post office is falling apart failing the residents some of which are still alive that in 1957 or so helped establish a multi-route postal system that consisted of 2 sectors. The postmaster was retired military and ran the thing like a fine swiss watch, hey I will let you in on a well known secret , the mosinee post master has not one employee that likes him. I could go into detail but want to stay friends with one of the workers there. Fact the postmaster at the mosinee office has a website where he runs a online store selling pool tables. My source tells me the post master uses the postal computer on post office time clock to run his on line store. mr. slate something but yes its frustrating but hang in there , the post office is having a bit of ill health and my advice is, complain all you want but it will go no where , just know fed-ex is right down the street and in most cases they are cheaper then www.usps.com. good luck on receiving your mail in the future ,,lol
take care dear.
