Called the postmaster (Bob) there today to explain to him an error he made trying to collect extra money from a customer in his town for an EBay standard envelope shipped there. His arrogance was simply amazing as he argued no such system existed and refused to give me his email for me to send him the proof it did. He refused to give me his supervisors name as well and when I mentioned it was people like him that gave other postal workers a bad image he melted down and hung up. Apparently there is little risk of reprimand or loss of job at the post office so treating customers in a way you would never get away with in the private sector is ok. Let’s see if there’s any way for this guys supervisor to be found.

Why is my mail delivered after 5:00pm? Most business hours are 9-5. That means my mail is a day late. Also some of in-state my bills arrived 7-8 days after mailing.

Post office, delivery person, stop delivering my mail, leaving notes in my mail box, asking me to clean snow around my mail box. snow been removed twice. my mail box next to my neighbor box. able to put notes in mail box, but not mails I see no reason not to put my mail, if able to put notes. thanks
