I’m pissed! I’ve contacted your office on multiple occasions because of sheer neglect of my mail. Every single time I would receive an email saying mail would be coming that day, and later find out it had been sent back. I’ve asked for this issue to be fixed on multiple occasions and nothing was never done until my 3rd and last call. And today I’m looking around my mail box only to learn that a VERY… important piece of mail that was mine was left on the floor. My DRIVERS LICENSE, which I’ve been waiting for almost a half a year for because you guys can’t get y’all heads out of your asses and deliver my mail properly. First you claim I haven’t been living at my address for however long, which is absolutely wrong, so obviously someone made a mistake in the system. Then this, do y’all care for people’s mail, because what I’m seeing is the total opposite. How do you leave a persons govt issued ID on the ground for anyone to take. Are you kidding me?! Best believe I will be calling in the morning, this is absolutely ridiculous!!! Aaron
