The man working the counter on 01/28/20 at 12:40 pm was so rude to me about the size of my box I left the post office in tears. He’s older, balding, with a mustache. I’ve been selling the same item to customers for years, I always send the same size box and always usually pay under $20 for my shipping. He assured me that the cost would be $45-50 No exceptions and made me feel very belittled and disrespected. I am NEVER going to this location again and I cannot believe the level of service I just received. He should be ashamed of himself.
