Horrible post office, horrible lady on the phone. She's very rude and their policy seems to differ with the standard.

This post office returned my ballot as undeliverable, in spite of the fact that I live across the street from the postal carrier who delivers to my home and they haven't had a problem with ANY other mail except that relating to elections. They did not deliver any follow-up material intended to notify me of the problem. I was purged from the voter rolls because of this and lost my chance to vote in the August election. Voter fraud exists at the Yacolt Post Office.

Improper delivery of next day Express Mail (signature required). On Thursday, March 15, 2017, I mailed an Express Mail package from Santa Ana, CA, to Yacolt, WA (2-day delivery) with signature required on delivery. When I checked the USPS web site to see if the package had been delivered today, the web site showed that the mail person did not obtain a signature upon delivery on Friday, March 17, just left the package near/at the mailbox/front porch. The USPS web site stated that the signature requirement for the package had been waived, which was completely untrue (I have my express mail receipt in hand). I called the Yacolt, WA, post office and explained the situation about the inappropriate delivery, her response, "Oh." As in "So." What can I say other than just another semi-govermnent employee. No wonder the post office is going bankrupt. I will be requesting reimbursement of the express mailing fee (EI 230320701US).

I moved out from my mom and dad's house. Moved back in a year later. Now I can't get any of my mail. I renewed my license since I turned 21. I keep walking in there to be like hey forward my mail back to this post box. They keep saying they have and nothings happened. How do I drive when I can't get my new license?

Somehow only our important mail is missing. I've had people break in and steal from our last house and they usually take all the mail, not sort through it. So how is only the mail with gift cards missing? I am livid! Our mail has been coming just fine but now our mortgage Bill (which has been coming every month) is no where to be found. Christmas cards with gift cards missing but we still got everything that we normally get. They can't/ won't fix it. Thanks a lot United states post office! So glad my tax dollars can pay for you to mess things up or steal. Hope y'all enjoy my children's Christmas gift cards.
