This Post Office has the FRIENDLIEST Staff! I honestly enjoy having to pop in to grab a package from time to time. They are personable and friendly, even when they are crazy busy!

Our mail lady is extremely rude! She has yelled at me in two occasions Due to my mail box being too full ? I run a business and my mail volume is very high Both times I’ve been nice and polite to her when she comes to my door and rudely threatens to not deliver my mail anymore because she doesn’t want to keep bringing in with her. Her tone and her way of speaking to me is extremely disrespectful and abusive.

Several times I have had packages supposed to arrive and am told it was undeliverable or I’m not there to sign even though I am home. I am sorry if you are in a hurry and don’t want to deliver a package but we do pay for the service and I’m sick of picking it up because you don’t want to walk the package up. If I wanted to pick it up I would have it delivered to my P.O. Box. I have cameras and I can prove you dropped letters in the mail and did not attempt a delivery. Once I even ran after you and you handed me my package that was sitting on the truck while you claimed you were coming back and told me to “disregard the letter in the box” (saying it was undeliverable). Please do your job or hire a worker who wants to do it correctly. It’s very old!

Frequently neighbors receive my mail and I receive theirs. Each of us redirects the errantly delivered mail.I stopped the PO delivery truck and was told it is up to the neighbors to sort it out. Well sometimes my neighbors are gone for days.I received critical medicine in the mail.I cannot afford to be without it should it errantly be delivered elsewhere. M delivery to the correct addresses.y neighbors and I cannot seem to prompt the PO to improve

Terrible service. Supervisors won’t lift a finger to help It’s obvious these are Government employees. Anyone who votes for more taxes needs to visit this location to see how our government is wasting your money. None of them would last 1 week working in the real world.

We did not receive mail two days last week (Dec 5-10, 2022). We have been missed three days this week (Dec 12-14, 2022). What is going on. Christmas cards, bills and communication is important to us. What is going on? 360-988-1965

A certified letter was attempted to be delivered and when we went online and also called to request redelivery, the system told us the address we gave did not match the package. It's the correct address but it's somehow sensitive to whether you spell out "street' or "place" or something? Somehow someone made an error with the address and caused us to have to do more footwork to get redelivery. Typical of the USPS: always causing more issues than what it's worth.

It is aggravating to not receive mail daily. Yesterday, a Monday, and no mail although the USPS mail delivery app included several items that were to be delivered yesterday including a drug prescription we need. I called our Jaime Herrera's office today and left a message.

The Battle Ground Post Office is horrible and I’ve made several complaints but the problem still persists. No one seems to care we do not receive mail on a daily basis. The Post Master at this location is extremely rude.

How can I find the number of square miles that are serviced by the Battle Ground Post Office? The number of patrons? The number of P.O. Boxes? I'm writing an essay on the growth of the area. Thanks, Louise

This post office is the worst I have ever been around, everyone is rude 30 minute wait times, arrogant staff. I have contacted my senator. They are going to start an investigation. Hopefully some good changes coming

We really appreciate the postman who delivers packages to Allworth RD. So nice in making sure all our packages are on the porch when will not fit in mailbox. As Seniors distancing due to Covid we totally appreciate the hard working employees keeping us connected with what we need since we are making most purchases online or curbside. YOU ARE AWESOME!

I just wanted to say that the postman who delivered to NE224th St. (mailboxes at 227th Ave) did a most excellent job. My neighbors and I went up to check our mail and the postman was putting mail in the boxes. Our keys wouldn't work because the boxes were frozen and he just made sure all of us had our mail. I know he was in a hurry but he sure knows customer service. So appreciated

Today 6/26/21, for the second time in the last few days I have found a package by a woodpile at the end of my driveway. I have a parcel box! Wouldn't it be easier to use that instead of leaving it on the ground? If you are not going to put in the parcel box ( which I purchased so I didn't have to inconvenience the Post Person ) drive down my driveway and honk. I don't want to discover I have received a package by running it over. Best, Terrance Linn

Mailbox on our Parkway resident is continually left open so rain water can get in and ruin contents. This is done by our regular mail deliver. She must enjoys doing this. We have no problem when she's on vacation and left with a competent substitute deliver.

In May of 2007 my husband and I purchased a ho[number removed]th circle battleground wa 98604 The first local USPS encounter was when my husband's CDL was sent back to the DMV and DMV shredded it. SO he had to get a replacement CDL AND pay for it again. Then the local USPS decided we didn't own the house since there were no window coverings and returned our utility bills. My husband was actually working on the GREEN RIVER federal water project and spending his off time in battleground. The next thing that happened was the local USPS decided to stuff hard backed books and extra mail into the little box RATHER than the larger bin.It is impossible to remove your mail when that happens. I actually had the delivery person come and pull the mail out from the other side. NOW to the current problem on DEC 21 OR 22 2018 I turned in a yellow mail hold card. I ask that the mail be held from Dec 22/24 until JAN 5/7 2019. When I got home on JAN 5 the mail box was stuffed with mail INCLUDING a soft toy. There was no held mail OR yellow card. On Jan 7, 2019 I got regular mail BUT no held mail. I went to the local USPS to check things out. There was no held mail or yellow card. HERE"S the kicker I had an item checked as delivered on the computer and it is no where to be found. The local USPS has a problem with staff communication. There needs to be better supervision at the local USPS. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

Is it possible to get your money back when you pay extra for 2nd day delivery going to a PO Box and you can see it is delivered to the Post Office but then they can't find the package for another 5 days? Or how about when a package arrives at the post office and they keep it for 4 days then send it back then the original sender has me pay return postage to get it send again then it's delivered about 2 miles from my house and the person who lives there delivered the package. these were live plants from a nursery which took 3 months to get delivered. Where can I go for help

The whiny new carrier didnt deliver mine or my neighbors mail today, complaining that my RV was too close to the mailbox and that it was less than 15 feet away when I measured immediately after there was clearly more than 15 ft. Despite the fact that he had pulled up to the mailbox already and we were standing right there after complaining he backed up his vehicle and continued on without dropping any mail in either box or simply handing it to me. There isn't a whole lot more than 15 ft but the RV is only there to prep before leaving town a few days max

We are NOT satisfied customers! Our mail is being delivered between 6 - 7:30PM. I understand that the Post Office told employees to come in 2 HOURS later. This not acceptable!!!!!!

Three times now I have had my package held hostage, the postal carrier claiming there was animal interference, then NO follow up! When I call, there's no answer. We have 2 indoor cats. We live in a house with no yard, no fencing, no barriers whatsoever. It's about 10 feet from parking to our front door. It's difficult for me to get to the post office or anywhere else for that matter, hence the need to have most things delivered directly to me. Something needs to be done about this :(

Two checks were mailed to me at the same time. Only one arrived. Your phone appears to be off-the-hook. Deliveries have deteriorated in recent times, some coming as late as 8 pm. Mail is delivered incorrectly. Yesterday I received a “Certified Mail” letter in my secure mail box addressed to someone else on the same street. I do not know whether to suspect fraud or incompetince.

I received a notice in my mailbox stating that could not deliver my package, after I got the notice from Amazon earlier in the day that they could not deliver my package, funny thing was I was out in my yard when the delivered my other mail, no one tried to deliver my package? I went to the post office to get my package that I really needed on Saturday and asked them why? The female supervisor gave me many reasons, like the cannot leave at the gate of a homeowner because of complaints. I was informed that it was a union office and they cannot do different things for different customers. I just want it left at the gate , no big deal. I am letting Amazon know about this problem, maybe UPS can deliver instead! If you need jobs I feel like you will adjust to the market. Have someone just deliver packages if the regular mail carrier cannot.

Yes, by the rules of the U.S.P.S the mail carrier can not leave the truck.
