I was notified that my order was delivered today and it was NOT! Tracked it through USPS.Com and it says same thing.. I have called your post office 5 times starting at 4pm with no answer! I am really concerned now! Please respond..thanks!
I sent a Christmas package via priority mail to by daughter in Gig Harbor. Didn’t get there! I researched it and found out it was stuck in Wauna (9 minutes away!!!), and is being returned to me because of insufficient address! The entire address is on there!!! Nobody bothered to call me or contact me any other way. I am livid!! No common sense!
This is a great post office. Run well and very friendly. Up until Saturday May 30th, never had a problem with a mail carrier in the last 5 years. I know this will be fixed so no worries there.
The Post master here made a horrible mistake when I renewed my box on 12/29. She forgot to record the box was open to receive mail and all my mail for the month of January and 1st week of Feb. I went into to see what was wrong and got passed around from clerk to clerk. I asked to see Post Master, was lied to and told PM was not in. I was looking right at her. I was process of paperwork for student loan forgiveness program and so did not get notices of time limits or tax notices or W2's. They gave me phone number to call for Post Master. I gave them my number. I called and never received a reply or got through on the phone. In the meantime my student loans went into default and on Feb. were sold to a collection agency. $40,000.00 worth of debt I did not have to be buried under. I will never get a tx refund again. I make under $25,00/yr now. I have no light at the end of my long dark tunnel thanks to these irresponsible liars.
I moved here not too long ago and I've been receiving all of my expensive packages opened. I called to the post office they told me it was a machine that either crushed it opened while processing it. The problem aside from being told my items are usually crushed there it that the items opened have a tear seal and are difficult to open due to their tamper seal (to show its been opened already) when I get them their taped shut again with no notification of being opened. And go figure things go missing from my packages , Ipsy, Lootcrate, Amazon etc I'm left with a box missing things and what's left are crushed things. Every time I have to call customer service of Amazon ipsy lootcrate to ask for either a return or reship and I sound like I'm trying to scam them. The postal workers here are thieves and liars.
