I arrived at your post office at about 1:15 PM. Your line was all the way to the door going outside of the post office. I understand that you guys are super busy around this time and when it’s time to close it’s time to close. Sad thing is that line didn’t move for good 15 to 20 minutes. I don’t know what the problem was, but there was one maybe during Christmas you can have an extra person up there, working the counters so in case the both of your windows are having issues somebody else can keep that line moving. All the other places in town stores they keep open extra hours during the season . I’m sure you guys are tired by this time in the week, but you certainly don’t need some rude ass person like Dennis telling us that you should’ve shown up a lot sooner. All of us are just as tired as you Dennis. I waited in a line for 45+ minutes and you still kicked us out because you guys could not keep the line moving. There was a lot of pissed off people walking out that door. Sadly, Dennis made it even worse with his nasty comment.
Hi, we received an paper stating our email needs attention at 176 Frenchtown Rd. #15 your box should be made level and the post planted firmly. The location is on the other side of the highway from our location and not on our property so not sure I'd feel comfortable digging on someone's property and hours is the most level. How do we have our mail box moved to our address? The house across from the golf course has their mail box at their driveway.
The carrier is missing up my divorce, first delivered certified mail with return receipt with out having the recipient sign and left the green card on the box. Recipient claims the paper weren’t in the box. Then the second time, the carrier signed it, the carrier signed their own name and delivered it with the rest of the mail. I don’t have proof they were delivered to the recipient directly for the courts. And now I can’t get anyone to answer the phones at the post office to find out how to get this carrier to do their job! It’s not that difficult, just do your job and stop messing up my legal case!!
i worked here for a couple of months, typically they send the regulars home before the new people, I was at one point working 90 hours a week. They also have yet to reimburse me

We are located at 500 W.Main St in Walla Walla. Our carrier is a young man that we have had for several months now. He likes to get here before we open, sometimes as early as 8:30, and pounds on our front door until we open it and take his mail. Yesterday he did that at 8:30 and I again asked him not to try to deliver before we open. He didn't say anything and walked away. Today he didn't deliver at all! He's a young man with a bad attitude. When I previously told him we open at 9, he said "the time I get there is the time I get there". Not having mail delivery as a "payback" is unacceptable to me and I'd like to know the service there is what I am used to getting. My name is Rick and I am the Manager. Please get back to me. Rick
