Dropped off an international package for my daughter who lives overseas. No issues at the office, but it has been in their possession for 4 business days with no movement. I was so happy to have mailed it a day earlier than last year, and now I’ve lost almost a week. Will mail from Pine Street from now on.

We have the absolute best mail carrier. He's always polite and greets us with a smile. Can't say enough good things about him. We have never had a problem with theft or rudeness. We do a lot of online shopping, so I track a lot of packages. Always amazed at how efficient things are when they hit our Tacoma facility: 99.9% of the time they get delivered that same day. Nice job guys!

Poor excuse for a 21st century post office. Windows are never adequately staffed and, when the line is to the door, usually the postal machine decides not to work. Have called to complain about packages delivered to a neighbor instead of our address, and no one bothers to answer the phone or respond to my email. Apparently the postmaster is either AWOL or simply doesn't give a s***.

I utilize this postal office to mail packages to customers. On two separate occasions, the postal office was unable to deliver the packages and they were returned to me; however, the postal employees stole the packages. The recent event occurred on April 25th when the package was returned to the postal office; however, since they did not return it to my home, I decided to visit them on the 27th and video recorded the conversation. I was informed that they have not unload the package from the van since the 25th and that I would receive a call once the package is located; however, I never receive a phone call. I immediately knew that my package was stolen, therefore, I submitted a request for the postal office general to investigate who was stealing my packages. Moreover, I have informed-delivery services, it had showed that in 2020 I was expecting my tax return check; however, I did not receive it; therefore, I decided to visit the location the following day to inquire as to why they did not deliver my check. I was told that a supervisor would contact me; however, no one contacted me; but, they sneaked the check in my mailbox after I reported it missing. Furthermore, they have an employee by the name of Judith, who has the worst attitude; however, they continue to allow this vile woman to work with the public.

I've made multiple attempts to contact the University Place P.O. to cancel my passport appointment. No one answers & after multiple rings, the line disconnects. Seriously? No voice mail? Nothing? I was trying to be courteous by canceling the appt. instead of just not showing up. I'm not too concerned now; it doesn't appear that anyone would care whether I showed up or not.

Letter carrier helping friend whi I am evicting make false statements and personally stopped all mail delivery for 50 tenants. Supervisor never contacted me, did an investigation and when I finally got thru hung up on me. Have had no mail delivery for over a week but the letter carrier calls his friend and delivers her mail to her on the street. This is criminal!!

No matter what time of day I call...no one answers. Why do they have a phone when no one cares to answer it?? I think it's for them to make phone calls out, not receive them.

Worst post office ever! They have delivered over 30 packages to the wrong address!! The last package I paid for it to require a signature and they never checked they let just anyone sign and again I paid over 100 dollars and it was delivered to I have no idea who but not me! I have lost so much money I have to have things deliver to a friends address in a different city now they are incompetent!!!

I put two grandchildren’s Halloween card in my mailbox mid October. One came one didn’t. As of yesterday, the small envelope for Tyler Hall, including cash, did not arrive in Anchorage, Ak. 99502. Could you check your system to see if it is still in the carriers possession? e have new carriers weekly. Joanne Hall 6807 47th St Ct West, UP, WA 98466

Mail carrier(s) in Fircrest catchment apparently not paying attention/being trained sufficiently to deliver mail to the correct address. Suggestion: tell carriers to get off their phones and start paying attention to the addresses.

Employees refused to answer the door. I was there & rang the bell at 5:25 pm (have been told my more than one employee I can ring the bell until 6 pm to get a package). I rang the bell 3 times, waited for about 4-5 minutes in between rings. I could hear more than one employee talking & laughing near the door. Are they just really that lazy & rude? Very disappointed in the treatment I received today. Usually I get average to good service, but today was just rude to be near the door (I could tell by their voices) & not bother to acknowledge a customer as it was before 6 pm.

At work, I had the University Place post office place a work order for me mid-February. The work order has still not been completed. I have called several times for the status but what I keep getting is "I'll turn ANOTHER work order in"... It has been supposedly 3x now. Is there somewhere else I can submit a work order? If this post office is too busy then I would like to submit a work order where it is not as busy and the work order will be completed. Please advise
