excellent post office, although there are far fewer workers than a couple years ago.

The worst customer service, I have called all the phone numbers listed and not one single person answered. The 800/877 numbers are NOT helpful at all. Cannot drive to my local office ( Proctor) due to needing an attitude adjustment before I try to speak to a live person. My mailbox got blown up with what was in it and I cannot get a new one until I have funds to get it. Thanks for not answering the phone and giving me the assistance im in need of

Our mailbox was overflowing with mail one day a few weeks ago. I thought ya, it’s been a few days since we’ve been to the mailbox, not expecting anything at the time. Thought “WOW” that’s a ton of mail for few days, put the two large stacks aside to go through when I had time. Yesterday, I started going though it and they are all important pieces of mail that was never delivered dated 1-2 years ago. Bills that I had to argue to give us more time, that I had sworn we had never received and had no clue, (I’m sure a common excuse) but truly our reality! Medical appointments we missed, because we were awaiting our letters! A personal check that still hasn’t arrived! Some opened, mixed with unopened envelopes and with the correct names and address. Something else more concerning is our November 3rd, 2020 ballet envelopes are just empty shells. What am I supposed to do or feel about what possibly happened to delay our delivery for so long and what else could possibly be missing? Who’s hands and eyes have been invading our private property and personal information? It’s such a wide spread of time, and we were still receiving some letters during that time, but just not everything. I want to know what happened without a generalized excuse that “mail gets lost, stolen, damaged, or jammed in the sorting machine all the time”. I want to know if our mail was stolen or being mishandled and if I should be concerned. I went in the our Proctor Tacoma location when I first noticed we were not receiving all of our mail. They told me their sorting machine was down and don’t have time to find my important letter from the IRS (that I opened just yesterday). And they had huge piles of mail that they cannot sort through, but tried to reassure me that my mail was still being delivered on time. That’s ridiculous! I sure hope that problem has been fixed. I know it’s not ONLY due to COVID, because there are terrible reviews for this location prior to the pandemic.

I was supposed to have a package delivered today and it says it is delivered. But nothing was at my front door. I took the day off just to make sure I got it. So I will be going I to this horrible place to try and deal with it. We have a crappy delivery guy who is one of the worst mail people I have ever seen. This in not the first time either. I have been getting other people's mail and mine has ended up at my neighbors house. Just to make this clear. Yes this is the usps on the proctor area ( the one across the street from Washington elementary ). The service is getting more and more shitty

The personal letter addressed to me listed in "Informed Daily Delivery" that I received today was NOT delivered. The letter was from Lincoln Financial Group. It has "Personal &m Confidential" & "To Be Opened By Addressee Only " printed plainly on the front of the envelope. WHERE is my letter?

The staff at Tacoma's Proctor district Post Office are some of the friendliest and most competent people we have ever worked with. Congratulations and Thank You to whoever is 'in charge' of them.

There has been a lot of package confusion this past week. We received two incorrect packages, and one of ours at 1728 N. Fife was delivered to a neighbor two doors down. We are missing several pieces of mail and are hopeful a kind neighbor will return if they are also mis-delivered. All had the correct mailing address.

Letter carrier issues not picking up out going mail. One week outgoing mail sat for three days. I called to complain and they sent someone to come get it. Next week same thing happened. I called again and was told he's not required to pickup mail unless he delivers something but he'd pick up the mail the next day. I had three letters to go out. He came to my door. He opened my letter box, tossed my out going mail to the ground, delivered my mail then walked away. I get that he's upset I complained but this is over the top.

Received notice a package was being delivered on Christmas Eve at my office. So I spend all day at work waiting. I call the post office and an employee, who did not give their name, assures me they will be at my office prior to 6 pm to deliver. They drove by 3-4 times during the day and didn't even stop to pick up outgoing mail! No one ever showed up and I wasted the whole day waiting.
