I received a cookbook on Saturday (Nov. 19). Our postal delivery person bent it to make it fit in our mailbox rather than bringing it to the door. The cover (semi- stiff) is ruined and the back is broken. What can I do to get reimbursed?

October 23, 2016 I called Kitsap Commissioners office in Pt Orchard WA to send me a replacement ballot for the general election to my POB in Suquamish WA... I never got it. I called K.Commissioners office again 10-31-16 requesting replacement ballot.. AGAIN I did not receive it! What's going on with that PO??? KITSAP office said there were other complaints with the Suquamish PO not getting their ballots??? Now I have to go into the Poulsbo Fire Station on Election Day to get a replacement ballot!! Something "fishy" is going on with the USPO!!!
