I don't know who thought it was a good idea to put a mailbox in the drive through that can't be reached without getting out of your car. Please replace with one that actually works in this location.

Tracking a package you say was delivered, however, it was not delivered to me. Tracking #9400111206207244722888 This is not a large package but it was not delivered to my home. Are you able to find this? It has happened before and whom ever got it did not give it to me.

Keyring broke. 3 weeks in a row I go to get new keys. Every week a different story. Nobody knows when it might actually happen. I get I need to suck up the cost of replacement but how long? Last time I was told nobody knows anything about the week before. Twice told I'd hear something in 48 hours. Now it's 2 weeks. Am I even on the right list? Who knows?

Our mail is guaranteed...if there are no employees to deliver mail, then our government needs to pay more to ensure the mail is delivered. Every holiday season MOST businesses need more staff, I think the government knows this and this is part of the COMMUNISTIC Plan to ruin our country. I'd work for you, just PAY ME more than a Mc Donald's worker makes...real simple

We received a Manila envelope package delivered to the wrong street & the wrong house #. I put it out for pickup, but it has been there for FIVE days. We haven’t seen a mailman in the neighborhood in all that time. Our mail delivery has been sporadic lately, but this is not acceptable.

I receive emails every day with what I am to expect in my box. Today I received 5 pieces of mail from 2 addresses that are not mine. I am on an East/West street...these pieces are for a North/South street. I have not yet received my mail that has been listed in my emails for the past 3 days so now I'm worried my mail got delivered elsewhere.

I have a feature on my E-mail that tells me daily what mail I will be receiving, SUPPOSEDLY! At least THREE DAYS A WEEK, I do not get any mail, even though my email lists every piece of mail that is supposed to be delivered that day! Are you going to tell me you are short-staffed? Kinda funny, when I do get mail, it might be 10am or 7pm, but never any mail after that time! I live on Wabash Ave, the street that years ago has a crazy dude who threatened mailman. The great fix there was to make us drive to Post Office every day to pick our mail up. Then the Postal service decided to put a Cluster Box at the end of our block. Many seniors live on this block, so as soon as crazy moved away we fought & finally got mail delivered to our houses once again! But lately, we don't get mail at all ! Please explain, 2807 W. Wabash Ave

I am not one to complain until I have had enough. Move this postal worker off our route for good (Wall to Monroe & Wellesley north area). Last 2 shipped item deliveries were damaged beyond repair. The worker is on his blue tooth talking to someone every single day, not paying attention to his deliveries. We have received next doors mail quite a few times. Also, drop shipping doesn't mean drop the packages on the porch either. I wish we had our prior postal person back, he had a great attitude and was just a great person. Postal workers are suppose to be transparent during deliveries where you hardly know they are making deliveries. Our present postal worker has no respect for other peoples property and his work ethics suck. He is just an overpaid union protected worker. I have had the President of the union contact me about delivery problems, but it seems he has problems getting loyalty to the members. Please move this guy off our route for good.

We are wondering why our mail is not arriving until between 6 and 7 in the evening. It used to get thier around 4. I know the weather slows it down but I tend to believe it's more than that.

Some of the crappiest mail carriers. Always late, whine and toss mail on the porch cause they hear a dog inside and if there is even with a little snow say they won't deliver the mail even when another has already given mail to my mother with stage 4 cancer sound like a bunch of trashy whiners that need to figure out a new job. It's no wonder why the post office is going t.u. If I knew of another way to get normal mail I'd take that choice!

At least four times , I have called to asked for the carrier to put large packages on the porch instead of out front on the lawn. Each time he says he either puts in the mail box or on the porch but never really does. The regular carrier , Michelle always puts it on the porch. This other guys Geovanni or what ever his name is just leaves it out in the grass like today. That means , if it is raining and i am out of town like today , it just sits in the grass till i get back. Here is a print screen of what he said he did with the package = ok , it wont let me paste it to show you.

Carrier had a piece of mail that needed to be signed for, was expecting it because it was from my attorney and time sensitive. Ring camera picked up the carrier leave a slip saying "we missed you!" with instructions to pick up at the post office. I was home, I watched the whole thing live on my doorbell (they didn't ring the doorbell or knock though) I was waiting for a knock to be courteous and let them put their mask up before I opened the door. The slip was filled out with our info before they even got to the house. Put other mail in the box and left. Obviously never intended to deliver the secured mail. What's worse, tried to call the line provided and was lost in the maze of automated responses.

I am not happy with the lady that came today to drop the mail off. She blatantly told me I cant step out of my own door because i have dogs. She claims she was already attacked by a dog today and rudely told me this while my dogs were nowhere near me. My dogs would hurt nobody. My dogs were not acting aggressive and kept distance. I was very disappointed in my mail services today. Just was uncalled for. All I wanted was to great her and get my mail. All i wanted.

I received a pkg (plastic bag) stuck in my mailbox empty except for the QVC receipt. The bag had been opened carefully about 6" at the top seam and the contents removed. It was obvious it had been opened but was still delivered and dumped in my mailbox. I took the mail in about 5 min after the mailman had been there so it could only have been done in transit. Called and nobody answers time after time.

After a recent visit to this USPS location and the encounter there with a new young woman working the front desk, I will never do any business there again, including purchasing stamps. Instead I will use Post Net or some similar private service. Caveat emptor!

I have been expecting important mail this week. I'm home all day long. I've seen the mailman twice. I haven't even seen him at other peoples houses on our block. Are you short staffed, too hot? What's the deal. Nobody is walking our street on a regular basis delivering mail. I sincerely hope I get that very important document tomorrow. Pretty frustrated. Maybe I need to get a post office box that would be better than waiting for mail once or twice a week if that.

Saturday 2 December 2017....NO MAIL DELIVERY? I put out 4 bills around 8:30am this morning and as of now 7:08pm they are still there? Why no mail service today? Or did they simply bypass my home today? 3028 W. Rowan Ave. 99205.

We'd like to know why our packages keep being delivered to the apartment leasing office instead of our residence? We have our address clearly on our packages, but they are not being delivered to our apartment. (And we have been home, so it's not because no one is home.) All other mailing services arrive at our door, but lately USPS has not been reliable with this. Our most recent package somehow ended up leaving Spokane after it arrived, and then came back late - it was something we needed promptly, but now that it is at the leasing office, we cannot receive it until in time. Please deliver all packages to our address as listed on the package.

Effective Nov. 16, 2015 this post office no longer does passport appointments. Walk-ins are accepted Tues-Fri 9:15-3:15. Passport photos cost $15. If you are a costco member they are only $5 and you get 4 photos instead of 2 ready in about 15 mins. Reminder if the passport is for a minor both parents need to attend.

Tried to call to ask about passport applications but the phone line didn't work and you can't make an appointment online. Very unfriendly, rude employees that thought they were all booked but didn't even bother to look when I went in. Ridiculous how many hoops you have to jump through to submit your passport.
