I have a package that I am tracking. It has been in Spokane for 5 days now and tracking info is that "shipment received, package acceptance pending." I hope that nothing has happened to the item I ordered (a gift) and I hope it arrives soon. This is very frustrating.

I am a bit confuse and frustrated. I have not recieved mail since Saturday, 15 Jan, 2022 (it is now 20 Jan, 2022). Aside from the missing bills/IRS info, I am concerned that this is nearing a week of outbound mail that is just sitting in the outdoor mail box. We used to get mail between noon and 2. Of late it is closer to 10p.m., if at all. Please put a note in our mail box to explain the non service.

I have tried ALL day to talk to someone about a change of address that they messed up. NO ONE has answered the phone. Then when I go to talk to someone at the post office they guy I talked to was quite rude. I called a couple other post offices and they answered their phone and they were very kind. Regal post office is terrible!

The metal post office box on the Whitworth campus would open only enough to slide in a letter at a time. Is there a reason for that?
