I have several complaints with the post office in Puyallup Washington. The items I have sent to an address in Puyallup have been lost or sent to wrong address. I will not be sending any mail to the address in the future without a tracking number. The latest are birthday cards with gift card enclosed has yet to been received. We sent 2 cards and only one has been received as of this date. I don’t understand the difficulty in getting said mail to the address I have directed the mail to. Very rarely do my items arrive on time or at all.

You folks do realize that this is a scam website, and has no affiliation with the U.S. Postal Service. When you do a search, just put "USPS" in your search engine. Do not support this website, because it just encourages the web page owners. These sites are typically for "testing the waters" to see if they can get you to agree to something that is not in your best judgement.

Not surprised the downtown location had to lockup the lobby early instead of being open 24 hrs. I guess it’s a sign of the times. Not uncommon to find the homeless hanging out inside after hours or having to step over passed out drunks trying to get to your mail box. God help us!

Well for the second time we received no mail. Seems like we are the forgotten zone.

Where is my mail? I moved January 30, 2018 and put a change of address for February 1, 2018. I was receiving General Mail Delivery 201 St SW Puyallup WA 98371. My new address is 3999 E. Euclid Ave, Spokane WA 99217. I would appreciate my mail. I email the USPS 2 weeks ago requesting my mail but no reply. Again, where is my mail? Does it take 6 weeks to forward and reply to a request? Thank you.

Tracked my package - 7:52 am out for delivery from Puyallup PO. Mail was delivered but not package! I have called the Puyallup PO number and it has been ringing for over 4 minutes!!! So much for customer service. The package is important medications for my husband and I have already had to get a temporary fill on it! Should have been sent the 2nd of Jan. - not shipped until 9th.

Someone sent me a package from Phoenix, Arizona, last week and one of the United States Post workers cut my envelope open and took my property. You can't trust the Post Office anymore.

Horrible. Their phone message says closed because their hours are until 5 p.m. It's not 5 yet.
