I had sent a letter to my son at WSU on August 20, 2018 from Toppenish, Washington to 1225 Stadium Way, Pullman, WA. Well my son has not received his letter to this day and when I send a package to him he usually receives within 2 to 3 days never takes more than two weeks. I would like to know if a postal worker lost the letter or just set it aside and has not completed the process of sending to the correct address.

I also have the same problem with the red headed guy, he is really rude and unprofessional. He made a joke of my name and I slapped him back with tougher joke of his red beard. He deserved it! I've just found out he forgot to give me one of my packages. Damn! he is a jerk. I will complain to the manager tomorrow.

The red headed guy at the front counter with a beard is always very rude and short with me when I come it. Most of the time he doesn't even talk, just points at the recite of slip that I have. You work a customer service job, I expect to be treated better then what I'm getting with his attitude. It's unprofession and I refuse to come back to him again. Very unimpressed that this is continually happening.

Hello, I was just at the pullman post office and I had a very horrible experience. I showed up 15 minutes before closing, just enough time to send off my packages. The two employees, one with an Indian accent and another with a larger beard and tattoos on his forearms were extremely rude to me and to eachother. They were arguing about who is going to do what and acted very annoyed when I asked for help with my packages. When I was finished I said "thank you so much" and the man with the beard replied , "yeah you better be thankful". I got out at 1:02, 2 minutes after closing. I realize they were angry I came so close to closing but that behavior is unprofessional and rude. I will not be using this service again. I felt extremely unwelcome and they were reluctant to help me .

Thank you for your feedback. I looked into your issue and appears that your packages were delivered to Dr. Emmitt Brown. He signed for them on Nov 11 1955.
