They do not pick up the phone… in this case, in an emergency, when life saving meds are melting in their warehouse because they were sent by mistake at a time when the family is on vacation. Being able to ask them to put the insulin in the fridge because the ice packs will not last a week would have been great.

Erin Mc Namara and father for slavery. Please issue stayback order. Cross reference with Camarillo Police Department and Villanova Preparatory School. Now trying to exploit and sell information that would injure Alamo Defender. Tom Vorac and Diego Rodriguez Renovales probably working with Nick Tan to murder a Miss Nicole Alexis Harvey.

If you’re customer service is being provided by a woman named Gale, prepare to interact with the most insufferable, rude, and overall negative person you have ever met. After the service mishandled my package, I had the unfortunate task of talking on the phone with this woman for a couple minutes. Those couple minutes are all it took for me to realize that if I never had to speak to her again, then I will have lived a good life. She somehow interpreted every complaint about my mail as a personal slight to her, and she seemingly made it her mission to interject with sarcastic remarks and jabs. Never in my days have I experienced a customer service representative that was, for reasons unknown, so frustrated and abrasive. Truly just an abhorrent display of service over a call that should have been very simple.

Terrible service. We have come in-person with our leases and tried to get a new mailbox three different times. We would wait weeks and not hear anything back. Once we call and see what was up, they say it was fixed but forgot to let us know (but the mailboxes were never fixed). We have continued to have our mail on hold because we have no other choice. However, they started putting mail back into our mailbox. Even though we are on hold and understand our situation, they still continue to do that. Now we have mail that we literally have no way of obtaining. On top of all that, if you try to call them they literally will not answer. We don’t know what to do. We don’t know if it is even worth reaching out to them again about fixing the mail box when they can’t seem to do it all.

I really wish you would wear your masks when you deliver packages. Since you see so many people.

This is the best post office I've used in my entire life! Friendly clerks, short waits, and excellent services.

You guys are doing amazing. I’m so sorry you had to see the rotten reviews below mine! I know that many of these issues are out of your control, and you all do the best you can. Keep doing your best! We appreciate you and wouldn’t be the same without you.

So obviously I’m not the only one who has had to ask for my package from you guys. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to deliver the package to the address that’s clearly labeled on the package. I don’t want to have to come get my things from the post office. Figure out how to do your jobs better, please.

A package was supposed to be delivered to me today at my address and was not. The feedback said it was not an address you guys could drop off packages to however you were able to drop off another person's package to my house today. Solid 0 star rating for you guys.

I created a problem within which Christmas packages I purchased for my grandchildren were sent to the address in Moscow, Idaho where I lived a few years ago. One of the employees I called at the Moscow post office spent a considerable amount of time locating the packages and figuring a way to reroute them to my correct address. Given the fact that this is one of the busiest times of the year for post office employees, the time taken by this Moscow employee was even more notable and appreciated. The USPS should be proud to have employees like him. Thank you!!!!!

I'm lucky if they deliver my mail at all, pick up my mail, or deliver my mail to the right house...they don't...ever. I've had a letter sitting in my mail box ready to go out, with the red flag up, for 2 days and not one mailperson has stopped to grab it. Shouldn't have to go to the PO to mail my letters...that's 1/2 of what our mailbox is for...

Carrier is only required to pick up outgoing mail if they have stopped to deliver mail. It's the carriers personal courtesy if they do.
