The prosser post office doesnt answer phones. I have been calling since 3pm yesterday and then again today still not answering. At the cost of mailing im not delivering the package that was delivery to my house in error and they would know this if they would answer their phone. Lets get another price raise to send packages. This is very disturbing that they dont answer their phone but i guess if u dont answer u dont have to fix errors. This is the wrong time of the year for this.

Hello, I went into the post office on Friday and I was very concerned. I was disturbed to see that not one employee was wearing a mask. How am I supposed to feel safe to pick up my mail or drop off mail? Knowing that your employees don’t care that we are in a middle of a pandemic? You are a a government building not following the governors mandate? Tell me why your employees are not willing to wear a mask? We have so many cases of COVID in Prosser right now, yet your facility seems not to care about the safety of others!
