They NEVER answer the phone. I always have issues with this post office. Not helpful at all. Never deliver packages to the correct place.

The employee who delivered my package on Wednesday threw it at my front door. In my ring camera footage you can hear it fall back down the steps. He could have literally just put it down from where he threw it from. Because it hit the door my dogs freaked out and woke up my 3 month old. Very frustrating and inconsiderate. Apparently this guy has a reputation for being terrible.

I live out in Moonvalley and the service here is less than dismal. There are days when mail doesn’t come at all. When it does come it’s usually not until after 7 PM. I have spoken to many neighbors who have the same experience. Last fall I didn’t receive mail for several days in a row. I finally flagged the carrier down and asked her why this was and she said it was because of the flooding. However I’dbeen going to work every day and the school bus had been coming snd the road had not flooded At all. Usually when we get a little bit of snow it also doesn’t come. I know for a fact it did not come yesterday, May 20. I have been to the office in North Bend several times and spoken to supervisors who come across as very rude it is clear that they are not concerned at all with customer service, let alone service at all. Based on my experiences with the personnel working out of the North Bend post office, I believe they are plagued with severe laziness and lack of pride and service.

The bulk mail box on the street can not be opened with the key left in my mail box. It appears the lock is broken. Apparently, I have a package I can't get to. Thanks.

I do not understand why it is so difficult to establish service. Things were progressing along when I was working with Chris, but I went in and was told Chris was working at another branch. Left my phone number 3x for someone else to call me. Now I have my vendors calling me telling me my mail is being returned. My mailbox was installed per instructions service was established per instructions. I was told it meant a raise to the mail carrier, but nothing for 2 weeks. Its disgraceful!

They do not answer their phone. Keep saying that they cannot access our door - nothing has changed for the last seven years.

I work at Little Si in North Bend. Employees park in the back and only have 3 designated parking spaces. I have worked there since April of 2017. There are 5 parking spaces against the curb next to the mailboxes. LATELY, there is ONE woman who is on a mission to keep us out of 3 of them because they're not DESIGNATED parking spaces. No one is in the No Parking painted area. STILL, she is leaving notes on cars DAILY. Does she not know how to pull into a large spot? I know the law is 10 feet from the mailbox, but she's saying it's 15 feet...but the spot is marked to not park and we're not in the painted area. I went out to talk to her because I was told that she was taking pictures of my car... at the time, my front bumper was a little over the line.NEVER AGAIN has it been. She left me a note saying that several carriers have talked to me. NOT TRUE... I only talked to her because I walked out there, ONCE!! We are all feeling like we are being harassed by this angry woman. We're all willing to not be in your space, but this woman is REDICULOUS!!

I THOUGHT POSTAL CARRIERS (FOR PURPOSES OF EMPLOYMENT) MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 POUNDS. ACCORDING TO THE SHIPPER--------NOTHING WEIGHS OVER 35 LBS.

This post office was horrible, the customer service was all around bad. I tried calling to have a package stopped so that i could pick it up from the post office instead of letting it go all the way to the end destination. however, on the phone the lady was completely unhelpful and rude and when I stopped by the post office the Asian lady inside was equally unhelpful even though they were not busy at the time. Normally I would only be slightly irritated at this, but as it is I am leaving the country in a couple of days and being able to pick up the package at the post office would have been immensely most convenient.

I have had few issues with this Post Office in over 20 years. I've had passport renewed twice, many packages delivered and the desk staff have always been helpful and courteous. Have called several times and got an answer to my question each time. Many years ago we had an issue with mail being delivered to neighbors but a quick phone call resolved the issue. This is a very busy Post Office and with new growth this will continue and even worsen. Saturday mornings are the busiest but there are always two staff working.

This is by far the worst post office I have experienced. Even since they took over Amazon deliveries in the area, we have had several shipments go missing. Attempts to reach them by phone are worthless, and staff at the office is always rude. We have had other outgoing and incoming mail go missing too (checks, car titles, and other fairly significant stuff) and to this office it seems to be business as usual. Getting a secure mailbox from them does not seem to be an option, and a PO box a logistical nightmare (and probably would not guarantee not missing our mail handled by these people anyway).

This place is so poorly run! I was there yesterday and asked to set up a passport appt. They handed me a phone number to call printed on a piece of paper. I explained that the number they published is a fast busy overtime I call. The counter lady explained that this is the proper number. I called today, fast busy again! I called the numbers above and got into the messed up automated system. What a joke! Now i need to drive back in and demand to see the manager to get a damn appointment to simply get my passport renewed. The entire US Postal Service needs to be sold off to a commercial operator and privatized. This one in North Bend is government bureaucracy at its worst.

One question. Why is it that all other Post Offices in the immediate area have 2 employees on the counter. North Bend is always one. I have been there with 10 people in line and no help added. Faster for me to travel to Snoqualmie where there are friendly agents and 2 on staff. And why are the P.O vehicles allowed to make a left on North Bend Way when it states right only.

I live behind it. I have complained at least 5 times in the last year to them about the noise they make. It is 4:22am. All of the people have started arriving to work and things are being loaded and unloaded. It sounds like a war zone. You would think that they would build some sort of sound wall between us and them. I have to listen to employees standing right behind the fence talk about their personal problems, some things that I don't think myself nor my neighbors really should have to hear. I have to smell their cigarettes as they smoke right behind me, listen to their foul language. They are a horrible thing to have to live behind. They need to locate themselves a little further out since they can't seem to do anything about the noise or maybe they really just don't care.
