Older lady at this location in Duvall is super rude and always in a bad mood. She should quit or work in the back if she is going to have a bad attitude not up front with customer service. She makes going to the PO a place you don’t want to go and dread!

Worst post office in the world. They don't care about whether they deliver the mail or not. Packages are neglected, not delivered. Mail gets delivered to neighbors. If questioned, the postmaster threatens to not deliver your mail at all. We need a new postmaster that will get this post office in order!

They should include losing packages, making excuses and mishandling mail as part of the "services offered" tab. Oh, don't forget the we will put your package in a parcel box for you and forgetting close to 100% of the time.

Postmaster is makes every effort to provide the lowest level of service possible. Specifically no cooperation with requests to move mailboxes to lessen stolen mail and improve service to reasonable levels. We don't expect much better as this PO has a history (30 years) of poor service and resistance to improve delivery (compared to friends in similar rural situations). The Postmaster definitely earns the classic Federal Employee reputation.
