I could not get my parcel locker to work at NCDBU at 2910 Firwood lane Unit 209 (Box 10). I have a medical order that I need to retrieve as soon as possible. Could the carrier please leave this on my front porch in the large crock pot by the door? Thank you for your service
Totally flabbergasted at the service conducted this weekend. A package from Amazon, a bed frame, for some unknown reason was sent through USPS. I got notified Friday that delivery was delayed and would be delivered Saturday. Then I get a notice that it couldn’t be delivered because my mail box was full. Which was empty and large. I called USPS and it said that a notice was left in mail box to pick up at Post Office which has closed at 1pm and will not open till Monday now. I am so frustrated.
We haven’t had anything delivered in the Skyridge area since December 24 and it is now December 30. We should have newspapers delivered everyday. There have been no P O vehicles driving by here so I’m sure that no one has received any mail. It may be that there is no one at the PO able to deliver
The doors on the bank of mailboxes where I get my mail were left unlocked and flopping in the breeze. There's even a package in the parcel box. Of course, nobody EVER answers the phone at the post office when you try to report it. The only option to report it is to drive all the way to the post office and stand in line.
I am sick and tired of your drivers not ringing the gate if it happens to be closed. I need to keep my gate closed if the dogs are out! All they need to do it RING THE DAMN BELL and let us open the gate from our phone inside. Just ring the damn gate bell - like every other gate in our neighborhood. I can't believe they don't know how to do that! Instead they take my packages back to the PO. I think they do that so we'll have to go stand in line at the PO. It's their little power thing. They should be fired.
Our mail comes after dark and being in a senior community, it is impossible for us to get our mail from the boxes located outside our homes. Is there not a way to have delivery during daylight hours? We are located only `1/4 mile from the local postoffice. I have informed delivery and I and the other 7 occupant mailboxes did not receive our mail yesterday. Could our mail have been stolen?
I live in Clear Lake with a Mount Vernon address and our mail box is not quite a 1/4 mile from home. The issue is and I am not sure on why they could not deliver my package to my home address when it is just too close to the mailbox. This has been a problem for quite sometimes. We stopped by a t the post office and fill up the form but no action has been done? And this was the note: "Delivery attempted December 4
Unfortunately, USPS couldn't complete your delivery and is holding it for you to pick up. We're very sorry for the inconvenience. whoever is the postmaster never attempted to deliver the package (liar) because I am home all the time.
Mailed a Forever stamp on envelope with rebate form enclosed. A UPC had to be cut from the box and attached, so there was a small piece of cardboard enclosed. The postal worker said something about it having something extra in and said it would be extra if it didn't go through the width slot. She tried it and it went through. No extra weight. THEN PROCEEDED to tack 15 cents extra on. What good is a forever if they tack on extra when there is no reason! 15 cents is not a lot, but the principle of the thing.
it's a shame some one couldn't answer the phone when I got a tracking message so I could add the apt number to the address .. now what ? it's shipped back to me and then pay postage AGAIN ????
We also live in Montreaux (98274-8783, a 55+ community), and the late mail delivery--as late as 8:30 at night--is a real problem. All of the boxes are unlit and not near street lights. If there's ice, the unlit sidewalks are dangerous. And the late delivery is invitation to mail thieves. Why can't mail be delivered during business hours?
There’s no set schedule for postal workers. We work in the office until the mail and packages are in order, loaded, and ready to go and some days the loads are ridiculous because all you people keep ordering Amazon shit and we are the ones to deliver it… we aren’t good to go home until our route is complete, it’s not a 9-5 job. Our vehicles are pieces of shit and break down and the process of transferring the mail and packages to a new one is time consuming. We don’t get a lunch break. We’re constantly tired and stressed and anxious and it’s people like you that drive us absolutely insane because you have no idea what it takes.

We live in Montreaux community and our mail now has started to be delivered around 6:30 to 8:30!!!! Why has the schedule changed from 1pm to as late as 8:30pm?? I feel bad for our driver too.
Our delivery person CAN NOT get the correct mail in the correct box. I have complained more than once to the post office, their answer was to send me a hot pink tag to put in my mailbox. It reminds the delivery person to double check the address. Worked for about 2 weeks and not we are back at it again. Makes me wonder where my mail ends up. The delivery person knows that I complained, wonder if that is why boxes are smashed and magazines are torn.
The mail delivery still is bad!!! Gates left open so that we can receive packages and still have to go to the post office to get them. Mail in the wrong box CONSTANTLY!! No one seems to care. Maybe lets hire some more people to work at the post office and then these guys can do their job properly and not be so overworked!

It is past 5 PM and still no mail delivery to mail box which is a block away. Now I must get the mail in the dark, if it ever gets here. Come on post office employees get with the program.
Ron and Keith are the best!!! Both have gone the extra mile to assist me with locating a package that hasn't even reached the postal office in Mt. Vernon. I was assisted with empathy and knowledge which is a combination not applied often in customer service these days. Thank you both!
